What a terrific session with Dr…

What a terrific session with Dr Kehinde. A likeable, warm, kind and caring lady who instantly made us feel at ease. The session was very enlightening and helped us immensely in understanding our child and in him understanding himself. The end of section summaries were very accurate and helpful. At the end of the session the doctor’s kind words really resonated with us and moved us all. Thank you so much for all your support and help which is so important and an amazing starting point to helping our child be the best version of himself now and moving forward.

well i’m reviewing nothing because i’ve only had the appointment and i waiting for the results,

interview based, not much if any feedback at the moment about from try and drink de caff,

now having to book my own drs for tests, vitals, blood pressure which i’ve already provided however i’ve now been told they also need to be done by a GP,

frustrating as this could of been done before my appointment so i was ready, now despite me paying £800 i have to sort my own tests which is the exact thing i find hard and in here for, following through with something that’s affected me since birth, i feel like you’ve had my money and once again on my own,

let’s see what the report says

Dear Joe,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry the process has felt frustrating and that you’ve been left feeling like you’re having to manage everything on your own, that’s not the experience we want you to have..

Just to explain the pathway more clearly: your £695 assessment fee covers the consultation and the preparation of your detailed diagnostic report. If medication is recommended, we must have baseline physical checks in place first (such as blood pressure, and sometimes blood tests or an ECG) in line with national prescribing guidance (NICE NG87). For safety reasons, these checks usually need to be completed and documented by your GP or another regulated medical provider before we can start treatment.

We do share this information in the appointment confirmation, but I recognise that it can still come as a surprise in practice, particularly if you only find out what’s needed after the assessment, and I’m sorry this wasn’t clearer at the right time.

If you would like support with next steps, our team can provide a clear checklist of what is required and liaise with you directly to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please feel free to contact us at connect@adhdcentre.co.uk and we will assist.

Thank you again for sharing your experience. We’ll do our best to make the next steps feel more supported.

Kind regards,
The ADHD Centre

Dr Mohammadinasab is great!

I've been with the ADHD Centre since moving to London in 2022 and it’s been a really pleasant experience seeing Dr Mohammadinasab. I was originally diagnosed in the US and appreciated being able to see someone relatively quickly to go through all the tests and get diagnosed again. (Much more thorough than the US which I think is great. I had never had any cardiac tests before and it gave me peace of mind to know I could safely continue on concerta)

Edited to say — while the doctor has been great, the staff can be difficult to deal with and I’ve received rude responses in the past when asking questions or trying to find my appointment link (for a while they were just reusing old links that I had to dig through several old emails to find).

ADHD Assessment Feedback

I found the experience rather overwhelming as there were so many questions to answer however I did appreciate the attention to detail that was required for the assessment. It was a relief to recognise my symptoms described and to understand that they are as a result of ADHD.

The assessment provided valuable insight into my strengths and challenges. I really appreciated how patient and helpful the doctor (Dr Upadhya) was, especially in using clear and simple language since English is not my first language. This made the experience positive, reassuring, and easy to follow.
