Excellent service. Received a consultation and options for treatment much more quickly than I had expected.

Imran was lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the assessment process, explained everything in detail and didn't comment on my fidgeting whereas most people would. Definitely recommend this service to anyone looking at an assessment. Thank you for helping me reach my diagnosis.

Exceeded my expectations, it wasn’t a complicated process, everything was easy to understand and the clinician was very helpful.

I used ADHD 360 through the Right to Choose pathway and have found the service very difficult to deal with after diagnosis.
Appointments are frequently cancelled or changed without checking my availability, even after I explained this causes problems. I have also received emails saying I missed appointments that were never actually booked.
Communication has been poor. I have spent around 45 minutes on hold only for the call to be closed, and when I have managed to speak to someone, the response has felt dismissive rather than helpful.
I am also concerned that letters sent to my GP have not always been accurate, which directly affects my care.
The system itself is not easy to use. I am required to repeatedly change passwords with strict rules, which is difficult to manage with ADHD and adds unnecessary stress.
Overall, I do not feel listened to or supported, and the service has added stress rather than helping manage ADHD.

This company wanted to charge £1500 for a second diagnosis. A diagnosis of ADHD is in place already f but they said they won't look at it. Another assessment would have to be done. This is just about making as much money as possible from people with ADHD

Gladys was very easy to talk to and calmed my nerves almost instantly, so it really did feel like I was talking to an old friend instead of having an assessment. She clearly outlined everything for me, and made it clear I was in charge of whatever steps I wanted to take. I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment

Everyone we have had contact with has been helpful and supportive and professional. Having remote clinics for assessment and appointments have been super helpful. Would really like you to look into video call meetings/ or on teams as my teenager engages better with clinicians on video call more than a telephone call. Other than that it’s been a great experience with this service provider.

From start this company was very welcoming and was put at ease about the assessment and what to expect. We are so grateful we now have some answers just wished we had done this sooner and my son’s education experience could have been a lot different. We can now look to the future and wish for positive outcomes of his next chapter in life now he has got the support he needs.

I am very impressed with Adhd 360
I would totally recommend them. I wasn't waiting long at all to be assessed and start with the treatment. I finally was listened to and got the answers to why I have been struggling all my life and I feel like a big weight has lifted off me.

Started off very well. But ive not spoken to a clinician since January. Appointments are meant to be every 3 weeks. 2 appointments have been cancelled and I was sent a questionnaire to fill in. 1 my clinician was off on holiday. But now ive been left with no medication. I was told I had to speak to my clinician. Ive rang nearly every day, emailed and told that someone will be in touch. But im just being ignored. Medication changed my life for the better. Now I am back to how I was but with the added stress of having to keep chasing. I rang numerous times last week to say I would run out of medication before my appointment. I was lied to. They said it would be sorted. It wasnt. Then my appointment was cancelled anyway. Ive rang and emailed most days and got nowhere. 5 days without medication. Very poor service. Its really stressful. Ive made an official complaint but they take 28 days to even look at that. Meanwhile im still without medication. Just being told I have to speak to a clinician. But they havnt sent me an appointment, no one rings back and cannot get connected to a clinician when I call.

Being 49 I had alot of questions and concerns, ADHD 360 have been fantastic all the way through, today I had my assessment with Andy Roberts. I was nervous about the assessment and Andy soon put me at ease, I felt that it was more of an informal chat rather than an assessment. I have now been diagnosed with ADHD and feel that if I have any questions of concerns I can contact ADHD 360. I would highly recommend using ADHD 360
