Very good experience booking a wedding DJ

We made a last minute decision to add a 360 video booth to our event but were struggling to find anyone with availability. Using Add to Event, we were able to reach out to multiple suppliers at one time. We had 2 suppliers contact us within 24 hours and within 72 hours had confirmed one and paid the deposit. We were very pleased with our choice on the night and due to location, we wouldn’t have found them without Add to Event.

Really useful website when planning an event.

We were contacted by a number of companies that would have been able to help us at our event and the communication with all of them was easy through email. The company that we cose to use arrived on time for our event and were very professional and a good fit for what we needed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Review from a Supplier

I am writing this review as a supplier, not as a customer.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Add to Event from a supplier’s perspective. The current system offers very little protection for businesses like ours.

Every time we send a quote, we have to spend credits, whether the customer replies or not. Those credits are expensive (around £1 per credit), and it is extremely frustrating to pay for enquiries that often receive no response at all.

This makes me question how these enquiries are verified. Are these customers genuinely interested in booking? If they are verified, why do so many enquiries simply disappear without even a single reply?

To make matters worse, when you contact customer support through the chat, you often don’t receive any response. As a paying supplier, this is unacceptable. If we are expected to invest money in your platform, we should at least be able to receive timely support when we have concerns.

The platform seems to place all the financial risk on suppliers while offering very little accountability from customers. A fairer system would refund credits when a customer never responds or provide stronger verification and engagement from leads before suppliers are charged.

At the moment, it feels like suppliers are paying for opportunities that don’t actually exist, and there is little support when issues are raised.

I hope Add to Event takes supplier feedback seriously and improves the platform, because in its current form it is simply not good value for the businesses that fund it.

Range of potential chefs to cater for our 60th birthday celebrations and an excellent choice and delivery

This was totally brilliant. Absolutely perfect. James just acted perfectly and no one had a clue. Everyone was dancing and singing and laughing. I had hoped it would help the afternoon but oh my goodness. It was outstanding. We have had times for 25 years but this was the best ever. Thank you so much 🥰

Add to Event is an easy to use website that caters for all your catering needs, through them we found a great company called Lunch'd that offer fantastic service and even better food - 5 STARS !!!
