Received quote & finished product in within 5 days!

Addprint Australia provided the quote & proof of my art 'signature' stamp within a day of my online quote request. The proof was EXACTLY what I asked for. Payment via a simple phonecall. On Friday, only 4 days later, my stamp & inkpads arrived by express post. The online quote form was easy to navigate...I'm 72 and not good with these things. I recommend Addprint for their speed, communication, quality & correctness of finished product. (It's worth noting that I requested a quote from another company via its online form several DAYS BEFORE I asked for Addprint's quote. The other company didn't even bother responding.) This makes Addprint Australia's super-fast service all the more appreciated and noteworthy.

Do not deal with this company!!!!!

Do not deal with Add Rubber Stamps if you are seeking quality workmanship with any level of customer service. This is a backyard operation. Customer "service" is toxic. Stamps were sold on the basis that they were of top quality and multiple purchased. On arrival all were faulty. AddPrintRubberStamps offered a full refund. The products were then returned, only to be advised "they testing the stamps and they concluded they were not faulty" and then the offer of a refund was removed. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from ADD RUBBER STAMPS!!
