Great customer service! Recently needed a wheel trued on my road bike, which was sorted within a day no problem and also sorted shifting to smallest rear cog. In the meantime I had an issue with the gear cable on my gravel bike which they fixed straight away when I collected my road bike. Very helpful and good value.
Brilliant! Really wasn't expecting that to be so agreeable. Excellent customer service really friendly informative this guy obviously knows his stuff and I was dead chuffed with The service. My bike came back looking like it was brand-new, It has never run so well. I would give 10 stars if I could!
