I ask them about my payment cancellation and they told that my traffic comes from old browser and that's why they won't pay.

imagine chrome have an new update and then you get email about your payment cancelled, and then you message them for inquiry and you get this UNEDUCATED response.
They simply told you that your old traffic is from old browser,

After 1 minute conversation they don't have anything to answer me because they already know (that they are scamming everyone).

This is a very bad company.
After two days, my website was suspended and saying that there is less traffic. I applied again and got suspended after one day.i applied again for another website. After earning $18 in a week,i requested withdrawal and received "YOUR ADCASH PUBLISHER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO VIOLATION OF TERMS" in my email.
Then I mailed the company.and I received the mail and it was written in it that I have refunded the money to the advertiser.
Therefore I will not be able to reactivate your account.
Note :- Please do not apply to this company. This is a fraud company. When you withdraw, this company, your account will be suspended.
