I made contact with FA via National Free Wills and requested this and for Adams Law to discharge my mortgage. The service I received from beginning to end from FA was poor at best and when I asked for a copy of their complaints procedure she refused to provide one. I also asked to see a copy of the email she sent to National Free Wills but she refused to do this also. I felt FA was a bully and when I raised my concerns about getting my name wrong ; not answering questions I set out in an email and asking for payment upfront she said I'm discontinuing the service. I went with Urcharts in the Newtown and received a first class service .
