I bought the Boys Ambrosius. Might as well be using a bag of ball bearings. The internal nubs are solid. The calluses on my hand are softer.

Failure to deliver and purposely deceitful communications

I ordered an item. The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. I received an email saying that it had shipped 7 business days after my order. I received an email saying it was "arriving soon" 10 business days after my order. 15 business days later my order had not arrived and the tracking info said "Shipped" but everything else was greyed out. I contacted customer support and they said the package had not been shipped. If my package had not been shipped, then why did I receive emails saying that it had shipped and was close to arriving, not to mention the tracking info saying that it had shipped. Additionally, the "Where is my order?" option when contacting customer support redirects to the order tracking page, so you have to choose a different topic option to even speak to a person. Finally, when I did fill out the email contact page, it said the service was unavailable.

I decided to try an A&E product instead…

I decided to try an A&E product instead of doing the smart thing and buying from Amazon like every sane person would do…
They had a neat “grinding wand” and a huge discount from their normal astronomically overpriced items. I was informed it was delivered yesterday at 10am. I texted my wife to promptly go get it. She grabs the packages in the mailbox. I get home and open my packages and none of them are the A&E product. I contact customer support and tell them that contrary to what their tracking info says, I have not received the item I bought. Sara proceeded to blame me, tell me I should have paid for the insurance, and tells me I better contact usps to solve this. I will be doing a charge back through my card and letting everyone know not to purchase anything from this scammy and terrible company.

The prices are above average

The prices are above average. The shipping costs are also above average. The lube was sticky. I just keep expecting things to get better and they don't. Pretty sure it's time to check out Amazon's offerings 👍🏼

i don't ever write reviews, but two of our packages came ripped open. nothing was used, but like... why is the box ripped open? i haven't tried the free gift either, so i can't review much on that if it works or not.

Doesn’t work

My order did not arrive so they sent me a new package, but it only included 2 items not the 3 I had purchased. The free gift is broke and does not work.

Delivery service is what I would call…

Delivery service is what I would call snail paced. I shouldn't have to pay an exorbitant amount of money to guarantee my package to arrive in a timely manner instead of 2 weeks to a month. You really should rethink how you treat your customers.
