NO RETURN ADDRESS FOR UK BUYERS
I bought a pair of Sneakers from Acupuncture1993.com & they were at least a size too small even though it was the same size as the previous pair I'd bought that fit perfectly. I've been trying to return them for a refund for the past TWO MONTHS! I emailed their "Customer Service" email address and "Contact" email address as there's no Return address on their website for UK buyers, and got no response from either. So I tried their account on Instagram: First they said they don't have a return address for UK buyers and were trying to sort that out. Then they said they'd give me a temporary return address within 48 hours. Then finally they sent a message saying to return the sneakers using the return slip 'above' - but there was no return slip and they now just don't reply to emails or social media messages. Meanwhile I'm still out of pocket £190 with a pair of sneakers that are too small. I think I've been more than patient but I'm beginning to feel scammed. BUYER BEWARE. Order Number #4404
