This is a joke

I ordered and pay watch for more Then 4000 kr on Norwegian webside , it was 12 days ago, on your side There is informacion I supouse to Get item in Max 10 days , i send Them 3 Mail and They didnt answer for any ! Any delivery number , nothing, on monday I will report campany to police , becouse if i have no ansvar i think it is a fraud. I needed watch as a anaversery present for my husband ..... And no i have nothing, thank you. I will never shop again and i will make a post on Facebook so other can not do the same mistake like me and use aktiv instinct

Very poor service

I ordered through Amazon and was sent the wrong item. I phoned company who asked to return item and sent the necessary documentation via email , I was promised that when they received proof of postage they would place a new replacement order out free of charge and with 24 Hour delivery.I did not hear from them after this , not even to confirm that they had received my email with the proof of postage. 4 days later I had to call them only to be told that my order had been cancelled ,I then ordered again , no offer was made for free postage or even 24 hr delivery , I had to request for free postage and even that would have been normal delivery .Received email nest day saying item was not in stock! Very poor service will not be using again and recommend others to do the same !

Salomon XA Pro 3D GTX Mens Trail Running Shoes, Black US10

It took three goes to get the right size for these shoes. Salmon shoes are much smaller and wider than your normal sizes, therefore I had to go up 2 (length) sizes to gain the correct length. I have been buying ASICS for the last 25 years.
I initially did quite a bit of research in choosing the right size, including seeking advice from Activinstinct. The second time I asked Activinstinct for further advice and to send me the next size up in Length, needless to say the advice was poor and they sent me a wider pair, and the length was still short. They apologised and advised they would reimburse me the postage of $30 AUD, but this never eventuated. I then tried the 3rd time and went to the next size again. I finally received a size 44 shoe and the length was okay, but very wide. Other than that the shoes feel very boxy and not really comfortable. I now hope to sell them on ebay as given up trying to contact Activinstinct. Their service is possibly the worst I have ever experienced for an online company. The postage from the UK to Australia is incredibly slow, about 5 weeks. The whole process took 5 months to end up with a pair of shoes I am still not happy with. I won’t use Activinstinct again, and won’t recommend. ....

Not a reliable service

The company is pretending to be an Australian company but is a UK company. Its delivery time is not reliable and it can not track its shipments. A product that was shipped on the 5th of October did reach Australia after 15 days.
I strongly recommend not to use its services until they have a better control over the shipments and a more reliable due time.

As you mentioned, we are based in UK but have international presence in different countries, each with their own website to cater to their needs and currency. Still, you can find our UK details at the bottom of each one of our international websites.

With regards to the delivery times, we are always looking to improve, and appreciate your comment. Most of our deliveries do arrive withing the specified time frame, however due to delays at customs or airports, some times it can take a bit longer. Rest assured we will always be happy to investigate if needed.

We also offer an expedited delivery for orders to Australia which reduces the delivery times to 3-4 days. This service is tracked so you always know where your order is.

Slow service - no responce

The only thing You do very fast is to charge my credit card for my order. That happened on the same night as I placed my order. The following day a received an e-mail that told me the order was shipped, and that it would take from 4-7 days. Well, now 10 days have passed by, and I still haven´t seen my order. I wrote a message on Your website about it, and information there said that You would respond within 24 hours. Well, still waiting. I do order from the internet from time to time, but I have never experienced worse service than this.

do not throw your money away, terrible service

I have order a pair of Nike shoe. Atfer more than 2 week, i still see nothing coming. Then i email to them to ask for what happend and guess what happen, no one anwser mail, 2, 3, 4 more email, no one answer too, they are just looked a like nothing happend . i tried to asked for refund, but still the same nothing happend. I thing my $125, will never come back

Waiting for money

I wish I would have read all these comments as I would not have ordered from Activinstinct. I experienced similar. They did not send what I have ordered, basically absolutely wrong size. They confirmed the receipt of the returned shoes, but claimed problems with the refund, even asked about my details and I should ring them. After one week and not hearing from them I made a paypal claim, then I finally received the refund for the shoes. Asking for the refund of the postage I received rude messages, and since then some promises that I will get the postage however nothing happened.
So at the end a lot of hassle, wasting time on going to the post office, writing emails, and short of money. Even these nice comments here are the same you are getting by email though without any apology.

Great shoes but very slow delivery

My Salomon shoes finally arrived today after ordering them over three weeks ago and after reading poor reviews I was doubtful that I would ever receive them. Despite being told there wasn't a tracking ID, the package had an ID number with bar code. It would be very useful to give customers this information as I was out when the postman came and my shoes were left on the front door step. The shoes are described as being black in the add, but they are labelled asphalt/aluminium on the shoe box, and are definitely grey, so they are quite different in colour to what I was expecting. Despite this, I am happy with the shoes. If Activinstinct could provide a more prompt delivery service with tracking I would consider ordering with them again.

order cancelled by them after 3 weeks

Ordered and waited...got emails saying hockey sticks dispatched, complete with tracking number from courier and other part of order delayed - sweet no worries, but then out of the blue got email saying refund happening- no explanation. So I emailed asking 'whats the story?' After a 5 day wait got email saying the courier returned the items to them without explanation, ie not their fault. -well it wasn't mine as the later part of order arrived so my address must have been right!!! Perhaps they need to ask their courier or use a different one!!! Asked if they would resend items - no response! Whole process over 3 wks and no sticks (but a refund). Big waste of time and upset 10 yr old daughter who was waiting on new stick. Left wondering if I should attempt to re-order products or give up and go elsewhere!

Incomplete Refund

After returning an order, I received a refund for the items but not for the postage. I asked twice for the (guarenteed) refund of the postage. The answers were identical e-mails, stating that the refund of the postage was forgotten and will be made up for in a manual process.
However, after two reminders and 6 weeks I am still waiting for the money. This is either incompetence or a scam. I will definitely not order at this shop anymore.

The product was paid in januari, but i've never received it. Until now, there was still no refund!

Poor delivery/dispatch

Ordered wetsuit on Sunday 21/06/15 with no option at check out for next day delivery so had to stick with standard delivery. On Tuesday 23rd checked account and still "processing". Emailed that day with no reply. Checked again today 24/06/15 still "processing". If you dont have the goods just tell me and I will buy elsewhere. Poor service, the idea for internet shopping is to make it easier and quicker which obviously isnt working.
Very disappointed, but on the plus side there is plenty of competition out there and so lots of other choices with better service.

Good item but slow delivery

The article was exactly what I ordered and the packaging was in good conditions.
Despite the order was dispatched the very next day, it tooks 17 days to show up, and I was not provided with a post tracking number. I ordered in Australia and figured out the article was sent from UK, but that doesn't justify 17 days to be delivered.
Unfortunately the postage service is enough for me not to order again. It is far too slow and without tracking number you can't blame the post. I would not take the risk anymore to lose a parcel and have to battle with customer service to get a refund.

Phishing Scam?

I placed an order worth over AUD250 and received an order confirmation as you would expect. A couple of days later i received an email saying it was on hold until I provided a copy of my Passport and Billing transaction statement to check for fraud. When i questioned this by replying to the email they said it was a legitamate fraud check. I advised i wished to cancel my order fearing this was a phishing scam.
I have since sent 4 messages via the "contact" form on the website to clarify if this was in fact legitimate or not. I have also noted that my credit card has been charged. The staus of my order is "processing".
I have not had one reply to my messages. I need to know if the request for a copy of my passport was legitiamte and if so i want my order cancelled and money refunded. If not, I'd like to know when i can expect delivery. Not happy at all :(

Complete waste of time and money

Should be a simple process. You order and pay for a product, they should send it. If they don't/can't send the right product simply refund the money and don't ignore the customer as soon as they ask for their money back. This is internet robbery. I have been shopping on line for over 10 years and this is the first time I have come across a rouge business. AVOID AT ALL COST. Not prepared to spend the same amount again to send an item back that has zero value when the customer interaction has been so bad.

UPDATE:

Got a reply to my previous review from a Darren offering to sort ASAP. I emailed him as directed and nothing in return. Not sure if this Darren person is real or not, or simply replies to bad reviews to make it look like they are being proactive and want to resolve. At the end of the day I am out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. It has cost me real money dealing with Activinstinct and I would would define that as theft - dishonestly selling product they cannot deliver.

UPDATE 2:

2 plus weeks since Darren made that offer. And nothing. Some honesty would go a long way. Own up to making a mistake and put it right. It has cost me money and I have nothing to show for it. What a really bad experience.

Happy

This is my first purchase fro activinstinct. After I place the order, it was dispatched in a couple of hours. However I cannot track my delivery . When I read these reviews my heart hung. I got a reply email from the customer service after 36 hours after enquiry and know because of the bank holiday no record on the courier page. I receive my tennis banquet today, 5 days before promised delivery. And it was fantastic condition with a 60% off!

Unhappy customer!

I was a new customer to activinstinct and was a little skeptical but thought I try them out on buying shoes. On my first (and last order) they sent me a completely different pair of shoes to the ones shown - wrong colour and a different, cheaper model. I sent them back and they did refund me but had to pay for return postage- which was around $10. So I am out of pocket $10 and I didn't bother about trying again in case they got it wrong again. A waste of time and money.

Sent incorrect item twice!

I purchased 2 bike locks about a month ago and have been posted twice incorrect items. The first time they posted out the locks, they were a different item to what I bought (despite the items being correctly stated on both the email confirmation & the invoice within the parcel). Correspondence with the company was initially good, we were informed of how to post the items back and were reimbursed for the postage. A second parcel arrived 2 days ago - the exact same incorrect locks sent to us a second time!!! Again, the invoice inside the pack states the correct items that we purchased some weeks ago. Have emailed the company again, and asked for a solution - is the item we purchased just not in stock so they are trying their luck sending out the wrong items hoping people can't be bothered to return? Twice seems a bit beyond human error - either an extremely disorganised company or a company trying to take advantage of people's reluctance to follow through with incorrect orders. Still waiting for some kind of resolution. Disappointed customer, and would not recommend this company. Haven't been able to ride my new bike while waiting for these locks - defeats the purpose of internet shopping, wished I just went down to a local store & bought from them. Use ActivInstinct with great caution!!
