Quick responses, consistent service

I am runming a 7 days to die sever and am so far quite happy with the service, and the pricing is excellent.

I am very happy with the file manager, and having full FTP access.

So far the only things I might wish for would be an option for increased memory, and more hosting locations. I am in Silicon Valley, and I would like to see something in San Jose, SF, or at least So Cal.

But tgats,about it.

Honest and quick help always availiable. Pricing is fantastic.I am just not good at mods.

Great price. Have had no issues. Easy to administer via the web.

Loved everything so far. Only downsides is sometimes a tiny bit of lag on the server, and I don't see an option to change the recurring from monthly to a multi-month plan.

Despite not being able to assist with my problem due to hosting policy... I was assisted in a fast and courteous manner.

Easy to set up, good quality for price.

Setting up the server has been a nightmare. First time couldnt get it to work no idea why. Reinstalled several times, each time with server settings all set identically the same and finally it works on the 3rd or fourth try. Contacted support for help both times, and both times they were very short an unhelpful. It was like I was bothering them, or my questions were dumb and unimportant. Would not recommend.

AGH has been amazing. My server never has issues, good ping, etc. They also have to deal with my lack of knowledge and walk me through my settings. They've been amazing

Stable server, easy to understand control panel, freedom to config your server however you want. Will continue to use!

Really simple user interface. Adding and installation of mods is super simple. All around easy, this is the second host I have used in the last month as a first time ark server owner. And active game host blows the competition out of the water

In life you get to understand that nothing is perfect. A toaster can have issues. Well my setup had issues. The reason I am offering 5 stars is that things happen, but for the value of service this place is amazing. Exceptionally fast turn around time on tickets and exceptional customer service in a world where a ticket will normally get you a 24-48 hour wait time.

Once up and running this has been exceptionally smooth. I've used the service in the past and I have never felt I received a better bang for the buck than with Active GameHost.

server up-time is on point, if you have an issue and send a message to support they respond quickly and efficiently much quicker then any other service I've used.

Initially there was issues with setting up a 7DTD server, but customer support was available and quick to fix the issue.
