BE CAREFUL. I was watching a news feed on my phone and somehow subscribed to this site through Apple Pay, 1p came out of my account so I emailed saying it was accidental and please cancel subscription, they replied saying they couldn’t find anything in my name. As a precaution I moved my money from a/c associated with Apple Pay, just as well as they tried to take £49 out the following day. I’ve emailed again with more details, so now waiting for a reply.
Latest - They’ve now found my details and cancelled the subscription which is good.
This may well be a really good site for some people but to have popped up like it did when I was on something totally unrelated is not good.

This is Fraud! Report to your bank immediately, they hijacked an app and someone I managed to make a purchase using Apple Pay. Unbelievable, it is route 1 fraudsters

Scam. They set up a 1 day free trial and then charge £49 per month. When they send you a reminder of your renewal its already too late to cancel. They've take your money and they charge you £49 cancellation anyway.

My young daughter somehow activated a subscription she doesn't need and is too young for (age 13). They took £50 from her account via Apple Pay, and when I approached them, they said that it was her problem as she signed up for it. This can't be right and certainly immoral.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I am unaware to when I subscribed to active minds, so when I seen £40 something come out of my bank, I emailed and asked them to please cancel my subscription and give me a refund. They didn’t answer, then another £40 came out the next month, I emailed again where they replied and said they cancelled it but aren’t giving me a refund as I had to have verified I wanted the subscription, despite me explaining I had already emailed them prior to the second payment saying please cancel it.

I am amending my prior review. I was unaware that Active Minds was in the UK and that it was a holiday when I called and emailed last Friday. They responded on Monday to my concern in a friendly and detailed manner. I no longer have any complaints and am looking forward to receiving my order today.
