The technician guided me through…

The technician guided me through installation of True Image. The third party downloader shortcut would not function even after they issued a new link. The technician was patient with my slow typing and error, never pushing me. I have not had technical assistance at this level in many years

I've had my doubts about Acronis TrueImage

I've had my doubts about continuing to use Acronis TrueImage for my backup solution, but I ran into some issues with Acronis on my main computer and so i called for tech support. The expert help I received was outstanding! First, I was in control, able to set the date and time for calls from them. I am a former programmer, tech support agent and IT manager myself, and so i recognize true expertise in other agents. Rahul quickly grasped the several issues with my system and Acronis and deftly moved around in my computer to check, test and repair various things that were causing the problems. He called me back on schedule each time, was polite, patient and answered all my questions. Because of the outstanding help I received, I have decided to continue to purchase Acronis backup software in the future and highly recommend it to others!

best solution and support.

The application is the best solution of its kind that we have used to date. And the support, particularly the proactive assistance with the availability of updates, is exceptional. The assistance provided by Acronis Support was exceptionally helpful.
