Acre Contractors were contracted to renovate my entire property to bring it back up to standard. The works included floor and ceiling re-enforcements, re-skimming and painting all exterior and interior walls, uplifted pipe works, new skirting and doors across the entire house, new kitchen installation, roof improvements and garden landscaping.

Thanks to Rohit, Kris and the team, the quality of the final product was to a top standard and throughout the project, the team were always open and professional at every turn to remedy unforeseen events.

Finally, I would totally recommend for you reading this review to consider Acre Contractors as an excellent building contractor to satisfy your requirements or wishes to your project.

The team Pravin, Rohit & Kris have a wealth of knowledge in the field and were on hand every step of the way in assisting the projects forward when needed.
Jobs have overran by a few weeks, however with projects of this scale, they always do, a few weeks is a blessing compared to a few months! They have a large in house team to carry out big projects, whilst they outsource some of the other aspects ( Roof, Electrical ) they use companies they have worked with for many years and thus its all under the same umbrella.
The finishing and attention to details has been fantastic throughout all projects.

Polite and timely and work around our times

Awarded a £1.6m project of 9 no new build flats and houses in SW4. Project started fine, but quickly departed from the construction programme and was inadequately staffed (eg unskilled labour during structural and foundation stage led to levelling problems for the ffl for the ground floor), then the project transcended into regular and numerous threats of adjudication by Acre. Acre have a firm, Vertice Development Management Limited on a retainer for their adjudications. Both parties seem experienced in securing contracts on low margins and using variations as a means of securing meaningful profit. The roof structures were built not in accordance with the contract drawings. We relied on our structural insurer to rectify the error. These errors meant that we could not sell the built units and had no rental income because water was seeping through the roof structures. After 2 adjudications, Acre only settled because they lost the third. I would not recommend Acre to any developer, small or large.
