Excellent service
Contacted Ubiqus fairly last minute to assist with a redundancy consultation. They were very responsive and the minute taker that was assigned was excellent. Very professional in the meeting and notes were of a good quality. Would definitely use again if I had cause.

Avoid for legal transcription
I've received terrible service from the UK ubiqus legal team. I've been waiting for completion and delivery of a transcription since I sent them payment on the 3rd December 2020. Countless phone calls and emails and I've still not received any information where my transcript is or any apologies for a shocking service delivery and customer service to date. They promised a 12 working day turn around, it's now been 40 working days. They have essentially taken the money and gone silent. If I ever require a transcription service again then I would warn you that based on my experience you'd be better off avoiding this company.

High Quality Badges Delivered with an Impeccable Service
The Ubiqus badges we had for our 2 recent events were great quality and the customer service and efficiency was outstanding.
The only minor comment would be that the standard lanyard fastener provided is a bit difficult to use, as the "key ring" hook lanyard is preferred.
