Terrible service from their customer care team. There t&c’s are incorrect and don’t convert to English very well at all. Avoid contacting them.

I was in the milan store on San Siro on Monday the 21-04-2025.

With my son of 16 years old.

He bought a shirt and wanted to get the name Reijnders on it.

We saw when it was finished that it looked like there was some sticker below and above the name and number. The seller told us that it would go out if you washed it with the washing machine. We believed him. We went back home that night to the Netherlands and we washed it and off course it is not rinsed out. It is very ugly and my son paid 77 euros (where he had to work hard for) for a shirt that he can not wear.

You can image how dissapointed and sad he is.

We send the photos of the receipt and the shirt after washing. For them to see that this is really not acceptable. But now we get back that they can not do anything about this because we washed it.

Purchases from online shop - pure LOTTERY. So if you want something for a present - order 2 months in advance and hope for best:
(1) We ordered a present online on 03/01/2025. On 10/01 received confirmation that the order has been sent with the UPS tracking number. However, the status of UPS never changed from "label has been created". After 3 (!) different attempts to get any reply from them, on 24/01 (20 days after the order) they finally wrote to us that the order has been lost and we will received refund, which we got only after 2 more weeks!
(2) Since we needed this present, in the meantime my husband did a second order from his email on 03/02. And after 1 week on 10/02 the order was already delivered to us in Cyprus with UPS!

Having read the other reviews, I was a bit skeptical before placing an order via the official AC Milan store, however I have to say that despite ordering it on Saturday a customised jersey, it was shipped on Monday and I received my parcel today. Quick service so extremely satisfied!

I think the fans is a joke for the club and fanshop, orderd a players name and number a shirt from last year with all the patches, it arrived after one month later with just a “Z” on the back and not even the right number on the back
Please tell me witch player is Z
Second time I have a bad encounter with them
Never order from this site again and a warning to others u won’t get the right product or u will not even get it, a picture can be provided!

Bought a ticket for the AC Milan game for April 7th 2024. On their official website and planned my trip to Italy to accommodate the game. However the game has now randomly changed dates to April 6th 2024, which we will not be able to get to Milan and have been informed we cannot get refunded and now have lost £100….

Used to be on top. Now trying again to come back, hopefully, this time is the right time.

We scold them until we understand how bad it is without them.

Dida, Maldini, Nesta, Beckham and Seedorf!
