Ackemanmusic is the Best. I ordered an ABRSM Music Theory for our daughter who needs it urgently in 3 days time and they sent it immediately. We received the Quality Music Theory Books the following day and in pristine condition. Thank you very much to all the staffs of Ackermanmusic. If you need something in a hurry then think twice as from my experience things aren't delivered particularly expediently.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I ordered at 4pm on Friday and my order arrived in the post on Monday. Incredible service and for an item that I have found out of stock elsewhere.

Bought a Yamaha electric piano from Ackerman this past week. Was advised it would be delivered in 3-7 days. It was here in 2! One of the best prices avaialble, too: my wife is a very happy lady.

First time buyer. Needed a specific book of sheet music for my son and found it for about 1/3 of the price at Ackerman Music compared to Amazon.

Arrived in a strong cardboard envelope in perfect condition two days later. Received emails to say they had received my order and when it was despatched.

Sheet Music powerhouse with excellent service. So many music shops let you order online only to write back after you order to state it will take weeks to deliver. Ackerman does what it says. Fast service of excellent quality sheet music. Very helpful staff.

Have placed several orders with Ackerman's recently and the service has always been good. This time they excelled themselves. I ordered 2 books at lunchtime on Monday and the postman delivered them the very next morning. All credit to the Royal Mail as well!

I have purchased many items from Ackerman over the years including instruments, accessories, and reeds. I have always received excellent service and fast delivery, and they have generally been better value than many of the other online retailers. Its also nice to support a local business with actual shops you can visit.

Too slow to send out a straightforward, in stock order, over 8 days already and it’s still not arrived. Had to phone to chase it up, no apology. Won’t use them again.

This company actually delivered what I ordered (Einaudi guitar sheet music with demo cd) in 7 days despite it being the Xmas period and despite mail strikes! Ordered 21st received 28th Dec.

I placed an order for my wife’s piano through Ackerman music shop in hove. Very professional and so helpful throughout this purchase. Fantastic service and delivered my wife’s piano outside of the hove area. Kept me informed and Andy the delivery driver was so polite and helpful. He put the piano together for my wife and gave her some excellent advice on the Yamaha piano. I will definitely use them again and I would go out of my way to travel 80 odd miles to visit their shop. I ordered a book on Friday evening, price was 25% cheaper than Amazon - and it arrived Monday morning! Amazing service and highly recommend this company.
