Dire

Used them before with no issue but this time they couldn't get the stock (fine) but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. They don't reply to emails and the phone goes straight to a mailbox that won't accept messages.

Are they still even in business??

Order not recieved.

I ordered an item and i'm still yet to receive it. I'm fine with this because i'm used to delays but the main problem is i've emailed them to keep me updated and there's been no response. My payment has been cofirmed but the item is still in 'processing'.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service.

After two weeks from confirming my order they then said they'd called me (they hadn't) and emailed saying they no longer sold the items that I'd purchased on their website - this could've been stated immediately after I placed my order! Or the items removed from their website!

They have only partially refunded me saying one item I ordered was in stock but that has yet to arrive after three weeks.

Truly shocking and would never recommend.

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the customer service that you feel you have received, upon investigation of this it has been noted that you were contacted by telephone on the Tuesday after the order was placed and there was no answer to the message left. we then at the end of the week contacted you again via email this time.
It is noted however that this range should have been removed from the website and this is currently a work in progress.

Slow dispatch and delivery, perhaps a one off?

Nine working days after placing my order I had to chase them. Once contacted, my order was expedited and arrived 3 working days later. No explanation as to the delay was provided. The product is excellent as was the price. I'll use them again, but not if I'm in a hurry.

They were very quick to come back to me when what I had ordered was not available until later. They kept me informed all the way and sent the garment as promised. Absolutely delighted with the fleece, the last one I bought for my husband had been worn to death so I know I will have value for money. Many thanks

Company refused to accept a returned…

Company refused to accept a returned jacket bought online, they said it was covered in hair/fluff.
This was a brand new tagged coat which had been worn for 30 seconds
Tried passing the complaint onto Paypal for some reason.
Do not use for Online purchases as not a good returns policy.

All returns are checked before they are returned to stock and on this occasion we found your return to be covered in animal hair therefore due to hygiene reasons we were unable to accept this returned item as it is unsaleable.

Having made your purchase via Paypal we advised you that as you were unhappy with the outcome you could open up a complaint with them and they could investigate this further if you so wished instead you asked us to return the said item to yourself as you did not want to wait up to 2 weeks for the outcome of Paypal's investigation.

Item took 8 days to arrive

Item took 8 days to arrive, did not fit so I have been trying to arrange a return for nearly a week now with no reply to my emails as there is no clear instructions on how to return the item...

A returns form was emailed to you on the 21st December which was the same day this was requested with all the relevant information for returning.
Our returns policy is also fully available on the website for all to view.

Never received my order

Never received my order.
Received email to say items were out of stock and the would be delivered in 3-5 working days via next day delivery. This never happens and I have been lied to constantly. Be wary and do not be surprised if items don’t turn up. Have been promised follow up calls these never happened and I was promised a manager to call me today. This never happened either. Will never use again just hope PayPal buyer Protection can be used against this company.

PayPal did find in my favour , hopefully the items were returned to sender as never arrived in jersey.

we would like to apologize for the miscommunication. As a gesture of goodwill we as a business incurred the cost of shipping out your order via the post office in 2 separate parcels because of this miscommunication. Proof of said postage has been sent to you and to Paypal.
Paypal did come back and state that due to the complicated circumstances of this claim that they had infact found it in the favour of both buyer and seller and neither would loose out.
Both parcels are still missing and therefore an investigation with the postoffice has been raised.

great price but the delivery time was…

great price but the delivery time was more than two weeks. In this period I contacted Aceworkgear on two occasions a week apart to be told they were waiting for a delivery from their supplier the following Monday.

If Aceworkgear could speed up their delivery providing the customer with a scheduled date I would be more than pleased to use them again.

Great product! Seller not so great!!

Ordered a pair of Carhartt R01 bib overalls they were advertised online as being in stock which would mean next day delivery or so they say! I received an order confirmation a few seconds after placing the order but then nothing for 7 days! They didn’t even answer the multiple emails I sent in those 7 days. until I rang them up personally and asked where my order was They told me that they weren’t in stock and that they would have to order some from they’re supplier! With that I received the item 2 days later and that’s the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars! But it does make me think if had not rang them then would they have ever sent me an email? Would I have ever received my order Also it’s nice to be told you don’t have what I want in stock and given the option to get it FASTER from somebody else!
