Great company, they were nice enough to give me a free bogo of another paid software app in addition to the one I purchased. This is unprecedented and an outstanding business practice as far as I'm concerned. Ace Thinker will be my very first stop the next time I need to purchase software. Did I mention that their apps are reasonably priced? Just one more reason to shop them. Customer support? Rapido to say the least. Had a minor problem with product activation. I bought the VideoKeeper Pro lifetime software at a decent price point. The software is good and easy to use but the customer service is as good as the product.

I had a Keycode issue and customer support was responsive and was able to resolve the issue within 24hrs.

You have to turn off any website browsing restrictions for this to work. You can find such setting in the "Screen Time" if your on iMac.

I brought two Video Keeper subscriptions two V9 versions and two V6 versions for two PC, s. I have had some problems with programs that won't work for me the way they should, so I emailed the support line for help, they have been very helpful with me and they keep emailing me if i need help please feel free to emo for help

I bought the application but at the time I didn't have the correct version, so I wrote to them and they helped me upload quickly. I have to use VideoKeeper for the graphic design class. Now it is downloading the data wonderfully.

Very fast and helpful customer service! I'm very happy with the product Video Keeper and I really appreciate how fast and accurate the technical support is.

Maybe because the age of 72 makes me reluctant to try new programs. But I am very happy that I tried the AceThinker Music Recorder. It does what it says and I suggest anyone that likes music to purchase the product.

I purchased Screen Grabber Pro in 2019 to grab some scenes for a Sopranos video edit I was making for a viewing party. It was simple, user friendly, and never crashed. Unlike a lot of other screen recorders, Screen Grabber Pro is able to get footage from every streaming site without being blocked by a black screen. It has been a huge asset for getting stills and short clips from movies.

If you are wanting screen capture software for tutorials, Pro will be perfect. However, if you are using it to capture video, go with Premium. The finished recording is much smoother.

Been looking for a user-friendly video editing software that has lots of features. VSDC is the answer and lots of how-to tutorial videos available on youtube.

This product consistently gives me great results, and I rely on it quite a bit. The staff always quickly responds to issues and makes sure everything is working properly as fast as possible. That said, I have only had 2 small hiccups in 3 years. Highly recommend. 10/10

After using a number of video download plug-ins and apps I was so happy to find "Video Keeper" by AceThinker". Here is the biggest thing about it "It does what it says it does". Grabs your video links and helps you keep a library version. I think I have only used a portion of what it does but I give it 5 Stars.

This software is phenomenal! I can download videos to retain them locally. As much as the web changes, it is nice to have them so I can go back to them as needed. I also like that it "senses" videos on a page with the detect feature. Great product!
