They stole my money
They cancel my order without notice and they never gave me back my money. I already speak with them 2 weeks ago and they told me that i will have my money back but until know nothing.

Excellent support, friendly account manager
I am working with ACES Direct since around 2014, in particular with Jacco Becht. The support I got during all these years was always excellent, there's really nothing I could complain about. From advice on products to orders and returns, everything goes smoothly and without issues. And what is making the biggest difference is the friendly attitude and the willingness to always provide the best support, no matter if there's a small product or a big order. Thanks Jacco and hope you'll keep this unchanged! :-)
