While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Windows Copilot Key

You sold the "right CTRL" to Windows, they turned it into "Copilot key" which is the most useless and time wasting key there ever was.

Worst Computer Company of ALL.

I bought one Acer Nitro 5 gaming pc. Overheating issues since the first week, even if it was new. Their own acer monitoring software shown CPU going over 90C, the laptop often turned itself off because it reached critical temperatures. Sent it to Acer, stayed away 3 weeks, returned back formatted (all data lost without notice from Acer) and the issue was still there, overheating like crazy. I decided to give up gaming and keep the laptop anyway. One year or so later, the PC died without any reason. Sent it to acer, "motherboard fried", they can do nothing and I am out of warranty, so they basically told me to f off.
My Girlfriend had a similar experience.
Acer laptop with dedicated GPU, used for work. Often bluescreens with the error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". Tried everything: fully resetting, reinstalling the OS, in the end we give up and send it to acer. 3 weeks away, it comes back fully wiped, we turn it on and not even 10minutes later the blue screen appears again.
They just sell bad products and take no accountability for it. STAY AWAY LIKE THEY ARE PEST
