What a brilliant wallpaper and DIY store. We were spoilt for choice when looking for a new wallpaper for our dining room. The staff are very knowledgeable, steering us towards the sample books that matched our preferences. They also ordered samples for us delivered to our address free of charge. We would specifically like to praise the very smiley and friendly young girl who works on Saturday because she was lovely.

Moved into the area to a grade 2 listed apartment, needed wallpaper for the living room, went to many suppliers, nothing, I found this store on line, wow great selection,all prices, great service, bought paper even gave advice on what paste, going back as they have William Morris which I will order from them,makes a difference to get good service.

I had to seek advice on a problem with a recent wallpapering job done for a relative (the adhesive used had “bled” through to the paper pattern). I visited the Ace Decor Preston branch to seek advice. After initially speaking to one of the wallpaper sales assistants, I was referred to a more experienced person. It turned out that this was the owner of the company. He was extremely helpful with my problem and to cut a long story short, reimbursed my payment along with advice on how to progress, It is no wonder that the sales staff are as helpful and approachable with him leading the company. I would certainly use this company in the future and recommend their business to anyone thinking of decorating or renovating their properties.

Very Poor Customer Service From Business when it comes to return/refund, I am personally not against any individual staff as they are only following instructions given to them...be careful before buying anything....

Nice Wallpaper Range but very poor customer service when it comes to return/refund, I went there to return 1 Roll out of 4 from 903206, I bought them on 05/04/2022 and went today 16/04/2022 to return 1 Roll, they refused to take it back and refund me saying this is discontinued and we can't refund this, there is nothing mentioned at the time of buying or on the invoice that i cannot return discontinued item, all it says ON INVOICE IS

"WALLPAPER ORDERED OUT OF A PATTERN BOOK CANNOT BE RETURNED" (This doesn't apply in my case as i didn't ordered from a pattern book or it wasn't a special order)

"WALLPAPER BOUGHT OFF THE SHELF CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE" (I have bought 4 Rolls from the shelf on 05/04/2022 and went today 16/04/2022 to return only 1 Roll and they have no interest in refunding me for this)

Any Good business will take some responsibility to inform or make customer aware if any item is non-refundable at the time of purchase or at the time of taking payment and there is also a legal responsibility to write that on invoice if item purchased is not refundable under their 28 days return policy.

None of above is done but they still don't like to refund me...very disappointed with the customer service, I bought so many wallpapers from here, Now I have to think with my experience about really bad customer service

In one of their response Ace Decor responded to a customer saying this customer has tried to returned SPECIALLY ORDERED WALLPAPERS, in my case i bought it from the shelf and still no refund

Used the Ace Decor branch in Preston today for some urgently needed supplies after being let down by an online retailer. I telephoned in advance to see if they had in stock before setting off.
On arrival to the store I found they had put my requested items to one side for me and all the other products I wanted where easily located in a well stocked tidy store. Prices are very reasonable and the gent who served me even helped me out with my items to the van.
