The people I talk to were amazing not…
The people I talk to were amazing not only did they take all my information, but they listened so very well. At one time I was in tears because I have been working so hard to keep everything caught up and I feel like I have failed. They let me know I am not the only one feeling this way and just hearing that made me feel better. After getting my solution I felt sooooo much better because I knew there was a lite at the end of the tunnel.

I called just wanting to merge 2 loans.
I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't know what I was getting into when I took out 2 home improvement loans. I didn't realize that both of these loans were put on credit cards until I recieved the cards in the mail. It wasn't until I spoke with an Accredited specialist that I learned one loan offered was on a promotion and my payment would eventually double. I was so nieve about the credit card home loans, didn't even know that was a thing. Before I knew it I was over my head financially. I paid everything in the past but was still ghosted by the credit reporting agencies for not using enough credit. At this point I figure what do I have to lose. Bottom line is that I now feel better about my finances than I did 3 days ago. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Far less stressful than I had imagined...
My experience was so much easier than I had anticipated! Sergio C. was empathetic and understanding, and couldn't have made me more comfortable. This was, honestly, the 12th time I had filled out the form to start the procress, but the first time I actually followed through - and I'm glad I chose to do so today. Harassing and incessant phone calls
Harassing and incessant phone calls. I spoke with them twice, decided not to use their service, and now am bombarded with phone calls every 20-30 minutes through most of the afternoons and evenings, until 9 pm, for weeks now. I have saved my call logs as proof.
