they are scam

they are scam, after I made payment and they receive it, they told I made 2 orders and I have to complete this 2 orders before they send my products.
I told them to send me the products for that order or refund my money, but they are scam and dont have any products and just stole my money

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this service.

I placed one order and completed the payment successfully. The team confirmed that they received my payment. However, they later claimed that their system detected “two orders with the same Order ID” and demanded that I make an additional payment in order to receive the account.

This makes no sense. I only placed one order, and the order quantity clearly shows 1. When I asked them to provide proof of the duplicate order, they did not provide any clear evidence. Instead, they insisted that I must pay again or my order would be frozen.

They also stated that orders cannot be canceled, even though the issue appears to be on their system side. The explanation kept changing, and I was told the only way to “unblock the system” was to pay again.

This feels extremely unprofessional and unsafe for customers.

I strongly recommend that others be cautious before making a purchase. If there is a system error, customers should not be forced to pay twice to fix it.

Very disappointed.
