I have used the company before, it is so hassle free, they ask you to bring certain proof of ID,and it's all sorted within 30 mins, and you can start moving in so to speak, the team at Selly Oak are amazing, super friendly and the manager is funny ha ha funny, made a tough day lighthearted, he is so good and if you have any doubts, don't they are absolutely amazing and will help you with everything that you need to do and show you the spaces available, so you get to see what your rental area looks like, which is great because then you can visualise where everything will fit 10/10 most definitely

1st class staff but could do with two lifts?
The staff are 1st class. Very helpful. However, there is only one lift and a company, who had rented a space, which they then realised was too small, were moving from floor 1 to floor 2. They hogged the lift and a move-in which should have taken one hour, took 3. Cost me unnecessary waiting time. This was not the fault of the staff but maybe the facility?

After speaking with the store, they did experience an unusually busy morning with several removal companies arriving at the same time. While move ins are normally scheduled to help reduce pressure on the facilities, this is not always avoidable, and we can only apologise for the disruption you experienced.
That said, thank you for highlighting the attitude and professionalism of the team. Your kind comments about the staff are greatly appreciated and will be passed on, as they always do their best to support all customers.

I have used Access before, so I knew I would get good service. The staff have been friendly and helpful, as always. I would ask that the units be swept/cleaned before people move their stuff in please.
