Great Cry Little Wool

I have worked with 4 companies in my 10 years of career and Accenture was the worst company that I have ever worked with.
My tenure with them was full of frustrations and disappointments. Too much of dirty politics, management highly unprofessional and biased.
Ratings and growth are pre-decided by the management. No point in putting hard work, only asslickers would win the battle.
It's like my way or highway in Accenture, you don't abide by their orders, they will plot something or the other to get you out of the system.
Long working hours, HR is good for nothing, they are their to get people out of the company, if you speak against the management.
Overall, if you are looking to end your personal life and be a slave dog, then you are welcome in Accenture. In short 'Great Cry Little Wool'
