ABUS BORDO 6500A SMARTX lock
I purchased The BORDO 6500 Smart lock. The lock stopped working after less than 6 months. Despite following the recommended instructions the lock was impossible to open with the OS App. On top of that ABUS refused to approve my claim and left my reseller haning. I got a very bad experience from customer service as well.
I did not expect this poor service and poor quality from a company which (I used to) hold high.
I do NOT recommend anyone to purchase this lock, a shoutout to resellers as well. Keep this product away from your customers.
