Ruban came to our home to repair our fridge & replace a few knobs on our stove. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, & was extremely friendly! He did a wonderful job & by him communicating with me while he was working, it took the awkwardness that you usually have when a stranger is in your home away.

The driver was pleasant, and he notified us of the delivery when he was on his way.

The guys were great! Friendly and professional. Made the delivery process very easy!

I was deciding between two tvs during a big sale and used the chat option to get specifics. The gentleman was a huge help, going out of his way to get me exact measurements of both and went further and gave me a final price on both, and then placed the order for me right there once I decided. Abt also offered financing through Synchrony. Quick and easy to get approved. After, I received a follow-up email regarding shipping. Here is where there needs a tiny bit of improvement. The email stated that once it is shipped, I would get a follow-up on delivery date within 24 hours. This proved to be confusing because after Abt said it was shipped, it took over a week to here from anyone. The shipping company finally called and expained that once THEY received the item, THEY would call within 24 hours to schedule a shipping date. The shipping company was very helpful and professional. My item was delivered two days later. The two men who delivered my item were also very friendly and professinal. -from first-time Abt customer

Ray Sola always does great explaining details about what I purchase and have been working with him for many years. The delivery guys Matt and Mike did a great job taking out the old fridge and getting the new on into my home, it was a really tight fit but they made it work. This was a great experience. Mike was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Took the time to explain how to best maintain the appliance. They even shifted my dryer to make more room for the new washer. This was my first time purchasing from Abt, but based on this experience it will not be my last. Thank you!

Delivery was on time, courteous and performed by Abt representatives who were very efficient, well coordinated between themselves, and obviously well-trained and adept at performing their duties. I watched the installation as it took place and was greatly impressed at their efficiency and product knowledge. They did a great job getting the install accomplished. They absolutely rate a 10! We didn't want to just buy appliances. We wanted to make sure they were correctly installed. Abt's guys made that happen!

The assembly of the appliances was extremely professional, thanks to Brian and Shane. They also took the time to assist me with a detailed product demonstration after installation which is well appreciated.

My wife and I were very pleased with our 11/25/2024 appliance delivery. We bought all four items - stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher - from our salesperson Eric Benjamin. All pieces came in good condition. I was nervous about the installation because our old appliances were 24 years old and thus so were the water valves for the dishwasher and icemaker. The installation went smoothly. My wife and I were both pleased. The ~100 mile roundtrip from our house to ABT Glenview was an investment in time, but it was well worth it. Working with Eric Benjamin and the two delivery/installation workers was a 100% positive experience. Thanks ABT! p.s. The only backordered item was the oven Air Fry Basket (GE JXAFTRAY1VSS). We are hoping that arrives soon.

Do not buy the service plan from ABT!!! Complete waste of money because when you call to have something repaired they cannot help you for 30 days. You’ll have to hire a private repairman anyway!
