Nice product on Abbeds store' I can't define my experience

I thought the charge for postage was a bit excessive but otherwise the goods came very quickly and it was a good service.

The whole process was pretty smooth, and really happy with the bed itself.

Only nit: it was missing a couple of the necessary bolts, but was easy enough to find them at my corner hardware shop. I figure that's on the manufacturer anyway.

Bed was professionally prepared for transport ,and the Hypnos bed is famous.I can only recommend ++++++

We were very pleased with our visit to Absolute Beds because we came away with a clear picture of what mattress we needed and what options we had. When we came to place our order a few weeks later the staff were helpful and efficient, kept us informed of the progress of our order and our luxury topper arrived when promised.

I did a lot of research before buying my bed frame and mattress and decided to try Absolute Beds because of all the positive reviews on Trust Pilot. They did not disappoint. Service was great from the very start and my bed was delivered on a day that suited me. The courier company carried the bed upstairs (unlike some). Prices are competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have been looking for a pillow all over, I finally found it at stems bed but it was I er priced do I had a go online and found a surprising nice price with absolute bed . I was a bit reluctant as I don't trust online sites as much, read reviews and I said let me have ago. I was pleased how helpful the customer services were and how quick they were, I highly recommend and by the way this is the first time I write an online review since I am indeed appreciate to this firm x

Ordered 2 single Millbrook beds, one adjustable, for family members. Needed quick delivery due to family illness and Meyer and his colleague were really helpful in chasing the delivery. Initially quoted 5 weeks, but had them in less than 4. Honoured the advertised price beating promise. Delivery logistics excellent, and all round communication faultless. Excellent products too. In truth I have no idea how to review a mattress. However what I can say is that I ordered online, it was delivered promptly in good packaging (vacuum packed!) and the 11 year old recipient of the mattress says it is comfortable. It appears to be well made and of a quality that justifies the price (ie not rock bottom but still pretty good value).

I had made a choice on which new matress to buy and found Absolute Beds online. Made a couple of calls to them to finalise details and placed my order. The communication was excellent throughout with the staff being very professional and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. It's not often that you get such great service these days.

Easy to order, delivered within the time frame stated. Suggest that you try and choose your mattress/bed at the traditional outlets then contact Absolute to get the best deal.

Absolute beds were very helpful. I ordered a new bed. I desperately needed it for a particular date. Aiste kept me informed over the next couple of weeks and there was a delay from millbrook, but as soon as millbrook delivered the bed she called me and had the bed delivered within hours. Thank you so much. If you want want reliability and value for money with excellent customer service choose absolute beds.

I can't fault absolutebeds.co.uk. There prices are cracking, significantly cheaper than other places both on the High Street and Online. The ordering process was swift, and easy. I even received a phone call to inform me that my mattress should be with me imminently, when acutally it had already been delivered earlier the same day. Fantastic! Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend this site to my friends and family and will return again if I need another mattress or even a bed.

We ordered our bed and it was delivered in good time as expected. Staff responded well to any queries we had via email and the courier rang to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Very pleased, will use again.
