Had a few Years of fairly fault free…
Had a few Years of fairly fault free usage. Last week the Machine was Calibrated by an Engineer. The following day we started experiencing issues with getting different readings from the system despite no adjustment being undertaken. These faults occurred several times so we called another Engineer out. After 4 days he arrived and stated that there was possibly a download issue causing the problems. All seemed OK until I got a bill for a second call out to sort the issues caused by the previous Engineer. After I received an email blaming us I called the Director only to be told it's not their fault. We will be taking further action to recover our lost revenue.
