It was my first order from Absolute Snow and it was one of my best experiences. Very good website, easy to order, good prices and quick shipping.
Actually there was a problem with shipping because of an incomplete address so my order was sent back to the sender.
....and magic just started.
Communication was extremely quick, polite and efficient. Everyone at Absolute Snow was very kind and helpful, really professional. They went the extra mile to have my order with me as soon as possible.

Recently purchased a Rab Vapour-Rise summit jacket. Great email communication and arrived quickly! Price on the jacket was the best online and very happy with my purchase. Will look to use this website again in the future.

Can't say I'm very impressed with their incentive to join their mailing list 15% off voucher but you can only use it on full price items. Only company I have come across to be this stingy and not include sale items its not like I was buying something for 20 quid was wanting a pair of trainers for over 100.

In response to to your response. This is absolutely not true MOST retailers include sale items in their welcome discount I have done this a few times and every time this is what happens.

Paid for next day delivery and ordered in the morning. They sent it Royal Mail 48 hours and therefore did t arrive before holiday

False advertising - paid for next day but sent 48hrs

I ordered Salomon Boa 120 ski boots, when I was buying there was unfortunately a problem with the tracking function (courier related), but as always the team stayed in contact and answered any queries I had. As always great customer services with better prices, I still don’t know how they do it!

Happy to recommend Absolute Snow, their price for the boots I purchased was very competitive. The fulfillment service was also first rate.

My wife was looking for a pair off skechers slip in trainers and after doing a search on the Internet Absolute Snow was found with what she was looking for and at the right price.
She order them on the Friday morning and Monday lunchtime they was delivered using standard delivery we informed from dispatch and tracking number.

I’ve used these guys twice now and the experience has been top class. Great prices with an added discount code. Extremely reasonable postage cost and both times the trainers arrived on the next day ( I only paid for the two day service!)

Echoing the reviews of some others, I can't believe I had never ordered from here before. Great selection of products at competitive prices, great customer service and they offer tracked 24hr delivery - an absolute must if, like me, you leave everything until the last minute. Spoke to a Customer Services lady asking what actual width a particular Snowboard Boot - 'Wide Fit' was (E,EE etc).

The lady just kept talking over the top of me not letting me finish or listening to what I was saying.

She didn't seem to realise boot/shoe widths have sizes and keep saying the manufacturers are very restricted in the information they give.

Very frustrating!

Had a problem with the sewn in part of the BOA system a month after warranty expired. Kept being directed back to BOA. Really not helpful

What a refreshing change! Proper, good old-fashioned customer service. I received an email letting me know that a manager would check and confirm my item was dispatched, and that’s exactly what happened. The backpack I ordered was packaged really thoroughly and in an eco way, and the price couldn’t be beaten. I will absolutely be buying from absolute snow again. Amazing. Well done you guys.
