Good communication via Email

Good communication via Email, good discounts and loyalty benefits!
Minus is that when there's big demand ( holidays, extra discount days...) they should give advance in order priority to loyalty customers.

Sending damaged goods

About You HR sent me damaged boots (red ink stains on light leather). Since they are out of stock, they refuse to provide a replacement and persistently deny my legal right to a price reduction. They are forcing me to return the item, but looking at many reviews from customers who never received their refunds or had to wait for months, I refuse to risk being left without both the boots and my money. Highly unprofessional service and total disregard for consumer rights. Avoid this shop if you don't want to receive damaged goods and deal with a support team that ignores the law.
