I have used this company before. Each past experience I would give 5 Stars. I only gave one star this time due to the fact I cant access the website. This is because Norton, my PC security App blocked me to access this website. It say it is a very dangerous website and therefore on the blacklist ! Puzzled, as I said before, I have used this company before, with high praise. I double checked the URL and found it to be corrected. Then I stumbled on the Trustpilot reviews. Looking through, it look like it start to get worse sometimes in the autumn of 2023. Disappointed it came to such an inglorious end. But am thankful I did not order anything in 2023 and 2024. And also thankful someone wrote an alterative company but it remains to be seen if the alterative company is any good. I will also try Vista Print. So Norton was right; I thought it was false positive [over sensitive] !

This used to be a great little company but now they've closed down with no warning.

I have used West Coast Labels UK Based in wales in the mean time for the silver labels I needed and the service is 5*****, Communication fantastic very quick delivery.
Wish I had known about these years ago as cheaper to.

Last dealt with them 12 months ago. No previous complaints at all. Very satisfied. Now I need more labels but looks like they have disappeared. They could at least take their web site down and post an explanation. Likewise their phone number

I tried to place a repeat order, but couldn't add the personalization - their website's only partly working. Reading other's comments on Facebook, they appear to have gone out of business. Bad form to leave the website up with no warning message.

I want this company to reprint £30 worth of single silver address labels without the idiotic error - the wrong postcode which made them useless. Their supposed "no quibble guarantee" is just bad joke, they ignore repeated requests to print my order with the correct postcode
Don't touch them with a ten foot disinfected bargepole

Quality of products has gone down in my view. Adhesive on labels doesn't adhere. Contacted by phone, email and post with no response or help to correct. Will not use again and do not recommend as a service.

Placed order on 1 Aug 2024 and made full payment of GBP21.45. Like some other buyers who made review here, no reply for email enquiry, phone call disconnected after saying someone will talk to you. Website once disappeared but appeared again when checked today. Will see how to get back my money!!

Able Labels made a careless mistake when I ordered about £30 worth of silver address stickers.
I enclosed a sticker with our address on. This proved impossible for this dreadful company to copy accurately. Instead they printed our post code as 15 instead of 51,rendering them useless. They also sent me sheets of stickers instead of the individual ones I ordered. I tried calling and the phones are never answered and they also ignored e-mails and a letter
All they had to do was reprint accurately and post the accurate labels to me.
Months later I have wasted much time trying to call them- and it is very trying indeed. Before we noticed the wrong address we had stuck the stickers on several parcels which had to be ripped apart and repackaged after a postal worker spotted that the e-mail on the sticker was wrong.
Beyond useless I stongly advise you to get stickers elsewhere.

Placed an order on 1st August for school labels which I still haven’t received. Emailed with no response and called with an engaged response after they say someone will be with you. Very disappointed customer.

No replies to my emails & the telephone line goes dead when calling them - guess they must have gone out of business?!?!

First of all Able Labels having been making things for me since 1985 and I have never had a problem until now.
I wrote with an order on 30th August, no reply.
I called both their numbers, no one picks up.
They have not replies to my email.
So disappointed.

I have not received my labels but I paid 6,8, this is not good enough. Please send me an email so I know what is going on Doreen Davey

Clearly gone out of business, no reply to chasing order via email, can’t get through on the phone, very disappointing 😠

Complete rubbish. Took my order, and money, delivered nothing. Website is permanently down, phone line permanently engaged, didn't answer emails. Trading standards should investigate the company immediately.

Unable Labels more like! No working website, no working phone number. They have happily taken my money and not sent any of the products ordered. SCAMMERS.

No response a month or more after taking my order and my money! Phone line permanently out of order, website constantly reads 'temporarily unavailable' . No attempt made by this firm to recontact/ reimburse me. Am going to have to get my bank to dispute the payment. Very disappointing as they used to be a prompt, efficient firm.

I to placed an order 3/8 money taken from bank . No response from email . Phone line disconnects and website says not available by owner . Have grave. Concerns they are no longer trading . Will be contacting my bank when time line allows
Have checked companies house still trading new director appointment July 24 home address on website best to right recorded delivery to there

It does look like they have gone out of business. Made a regular order on the 2rd August and nothing has turned up and the website is offline.

Emails are bouncing back as well.

I have ordered through them before and have always been really pleased with the service and product. I placed an order a month ago but have not received it. I have tried phoning and emailing, but no one has responded. The website is down.
This is very disappointing. I wonder if the company has folded without telling anyone or refunding our money.
