My car was placed with ABL1Touch by the insurers of the third party that ran into the back of me. This was a company that I'd not come across before so was a little unsure how the repairs would turn out. No need to worry, car was collected and taken to the local repair shop, kept well informed as to what the repairs were going to be and how they were progressing. All genuine makers parts used . Repairs carried out to a high standard, car was spotless inside and out. Very pleased with all aspects of work carried out and bonus of lifetime guarantee on repairs while we own the vehicle.

Great company made it all very easy from start to finish . Keeping me updated on my cars repairs and when I collected my car they transferred car seat without being asked from the courtesy car back to to mine . Polite friendly staff. .

The quality of the repair was good.However I was meant to get a courtesy car and had to pick it up from Enterprise in Motspur Park.The booking for the collection and drop off of the vehicle was all day.I was expected to collect and drop off the hire care on the same day.It made the whole experiance stressful.

Pre vehicle pick up took a little longer than expected, however once vehicle was at the Northampton Bodyshop and the assessment was completed the communication/updates were very good and the work was completed with a very efficient turnaround of 5 working days..
The delivery return was also good in terms of communication regarding arrival time back to my home and Richard the company representative returning my vehicle was very friendly and helpful….

1 Touch, Great service, collected our Range Rover and left a courtesy car, on the day and time arranged.
The car was only with them for a week, work carried out to a high standard, decided to collect our car, very straight forward and easy, we even have a 10 year warranty for the work.
Nice guys, and looked after my son’s pride and joy, would definitely recommend.

▪︎ Delivery back to me not great. I was not informed 30-60 mins in advance as promised & so i was not able to meet the guy upon drop off to my flat. The guy called once at my address giving my no chance to get home to sort my delivery. He was rude over the phone & 0 people skills when handing over the key at my flat.
Car looked immaculate when done. Did not take too long. Delivered back to me.

My car was picked up for repairs on the 16th March, I was told that works would likely be done by the end of the week. I was given a courtesy car, outside looking completely fine, however I sat inside and it was filthy, and smelt awful. Not much I could do at that point, I needed a car.
A week went by with no update, I then get a call middle of the week of 23rd March about what word they would be doing on my car and that insurance has approved it all and my estimated date of works to be finished was 27th March to say what works will be done to my car and it would be dropped back to me. I mentioned a number of time to their customer support that I would be away from 29th March for a week and wouldn’t be around to check my car and hand the courtesy car keys over.
The following day, I received a call from a technician to say that my lock and wheel nut wasn’t in the car, I assured them that it was in the car, to check the glove box and the boot. At this time I was in London for work so nothing I could do. I asked for them to check again and 2 hours later received a call back to say they embarrassingly found it in the glove box. This was a number of hours wasted on works they could have done. On the Friday I am then told that the part they ordered still hasn’t arrived and that it’s unlikely going to be ready for me to collect. I must have mentioned a number of times about going away and not being available to receive the car but no one seemed to make a note of this under my account.
Keys were handed to a neighbour, and was still waiting for a call about when my car would be ready. I received a 31st March (PM) saying my car was ready to be collected, again mentioned I was away and someone is supposed to deliver it to my house. They assured me that was fine and will get that scheduled in. Following morning I get a call, to say the have no drivers to drop my car off until after the Easter holidays, so I agreed to collect the car on the 7th April when I got back and after the Easter break.
The day arrived when I could collect my car, I called in the morning to let them know when to expect me and for my car to be ready.
I turned up at 12:30, looked at the car and noticed straight away that it wasn’t ready. There was stuff smeared on my alloys, and where a brand new panel was put on my car there were dried paint bubbles. All week when I was asking about when my car was going to be ready, they assured me that they do high quality control check before any of their vehicles leave there garage. I’m sorry but there was no chance they checked my car thoroughly or if they did they ignored it thinking I wouldn’t say anything.
I think there is a lot more that customer service and the technicians could have done to make this a better and less stressful experience for me.

Brilliant service from ABL One Touch Repair. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, and explained everything clearly - without condescension My car was a mess, but they fixed it beautifully. Would 100% recommend — though fingers crossed I don’t have another accident.

I got signposted to the Basildon, Essex branch from my Insurer Diamond. If I was getting my car repaired at my own expense and not going through my Insurance then I wouldn’t use this place. The Service from start to finish was appalling, starting with me driving my Car down to the branch and the supplied Courtesy Car from Enterprise not being there. So I had to drive my Car home. I then on repeat had to go back to my Insurance Company Customer Services to get my Car collected and to sort out the Courtesy Car from Enterprise. Truth is ABL 1 Touch had not communicated and confirmed the Courtesy Car with Enterprise. After I had arranged to collect the Courtesy Car from Enterprise, I got messed around further by ABL 1 Touch Customer Services with a combination of rudeness and reluctance to collect my Car from my home address on the agreed date and then to deliver the car back to me after the works were completed. There was no explanation of what had been done or the process of what to do if there is any issues with the completed works in the future. I also received a phone call after I had paid the Excesses which I am waiting to hear from my Insurance Company to be refunded through the claims not being my fault to ask me to pay the Excesses again! My overall experience is this company are money driven, say one thing to Insurance Companies and aren’t actually interested in following through with what the Insurance Companies want as per their policy claims.
Great work on the car and the portal updates are really helpful.
My only complaint is that the man who delivered the courtesy car was rude and abrupt. It’s quite an ordeal to go through when you have your first car accident, so I would suggest being a little kinder next time instead of grunting and shrugging with attitude.
