We’re very sorry for the delays you experienced. There was an unexpected hold-up at the manufacturer’s quality control stage, which delayed delivery to us. Once received, we arranged a next working day delivery at our own cost to avoid further delay, but unfortunately, the courier did not deliver as promised on the first two attempts.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We’re glad your fire has now arrived safely and hope you enjoy it for many years to come.

The towel hook was a special-order item with an estimated lead time of 2–3 weeks, which was confirmed to you by email the same day.Your order was part-shipped so you could receive the in-stock item (the towel ring) without delay, and the other times were shipped on the 6th October and 14th October.We completely understand how frustrating it can be when items arrive separately, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
