So far our experience hasn't being positive. Our initial scan was cancelled 1 hr before we were due to be there, and weren't not local. Today our consultation was due to take place at 2:30pm, and at 3pm still waiting. On checking with the clinic, our person is off sick!! And no one contacted us

Me and my partner have been very lucky to have been and had all our appointments with Pauline and Kelly they have been so lovely and supportive with our journey we could not be any more satisfied with the help we have had I highly recommend, they have answered all our questions and been so helpful from the very start and made us feel very comfortable could not thank them enough! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, from the very first appointment and even now at 10 weeks post partum.
We found that we were incredibly well supported throughout our journey across both the Sheffield & Leeds clinics and any questions or concerns were quickly answered. We’re incredibly thankful to everyone at ABC that we were able to complete our family with the perfect little boy.

I have to thank ABC and their teams involved in helping people that struggle with infertility. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and couldn’t have done it without ABC Sheffield and Leeds. From the moment I contacted Sheffield I had lots of information sent over and they answered any questions I may have had as there is a lot to go through and it is scary. I had my scans at Sheffield which were always at ease with Pauline. And then I had my egg collection and transfer at Leeds and I couldn’t not fault the team at Leeds they were friendly and helpful in both scary steps. I wouldn’t be in the position I am today if it wasn’t for these 2 teams. Thank you so much I am forever grateful and I will be back if I decide to try again in the future.
