Após subscrever a CASABELLA
After subscribing to CASABELLA, it was CHAOS.
They never arrived on time, delays of months. In the end, I didn't receive all the editions of the annual subscription, the response to emails was vague and they NEVER resolved the situation. Subscription ended in March and issues from June, December, January, March and April were missing. They never arrived. In emails, they were just looking for a way not to respond to the subject with fromalisms and unfounded excuses.
Never more.

The world's worst customer service
On 18 and 19 December I reported that I had not received the first magazine of my annual subscription, they promised (on 20 December) that they would take action immediately and send it.
Well it hasn't arrived by today's post, nor has the December one. I have already received the January issue of other magazines.
They charge me an extra €5 a month on top of the local postage to get the magazine to England on time, but nothing, they take my money and don't even send the magazine

Truly disastrous experience
Ordered an annual international subscription of a weekly magazine from them three months ago, to Poland.
During this period, they managed to successfully deliver 1 (in words: ONE) issue, out of 12, over six weeks ago (and it took them over five weeks to deliver that one -- the "priority mail" they advertise on their website is in and of itself a lie and a scam).
When I requested cancellation and refund, they simply ignored my message.
I’m currently in the process of getting my money back via Mastercard chargeback service.
Regarding the reply below: no, no attempt to contact me has been made so far.
