Really disappointed with my experience…



Really disappointed with my experience with Abacus Joinery.

They sent a joiner to my house to fit 3 new doors, but unfortunately the work was badly done and needed rectifying.

To their credit, they didn’t charge me for the work and they did send a painter out to try and put things right. However, after all the wasted time and inconvenience, I’m now left with only 1 out of 3 doors actually fitted, and they are refusing to come back and finish the job.

I appreciate that they didn’t charge me, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’ve spent a lot of time dealing with the problems caused by the original fitting and I’m now left having to find somebody else to finish the work.

Overall, a really frustrating experience. I gave them the opportunity to put everything right, but unfortunately I’ve been left with an unfinished job.
