We paid for a room with 3 beds for 3 People, in the room there was Only 2 pillows and 2 blankets. We went Down and asked for pillow and blankets But the man Said No EVEN tho we paid for 3 persons. He Said he couldnt do anything about it
Staff and location are great, Very clean hotel but small and a bit old,not much choice for breakfast. But everything was ok. Good value for what you’ve paid. We enjoyed swimming, sauna and travelling to duomo and some other stations. It was a fun holiday and a different experience. Local shops and Metro are very close to the hotel. Duomo cathedral and museum is just 15 minutes by train.
What a crap !!!!
If you book here, expect terrifying services and a feignedly courteous staff who will put you in that place!
