I guess I'm not seeing my money or the shirt I ordered 6 months ago. This shitty company has apparently deleted the email account associated with it. Do not order from them.

I ordered 1 shirt in late September of 2025 and it is now March 28th, 2026 as I write this and I have not received it yet. I've emailed them countless times for a refund or status and only ever got a few replies about printing issues and the responses generally have a bunch of dumbass emojis in them. DO NOT order from them. Garbage ass company.

Order a gift early December 2025 and it never arrived. Sent three emails to the company and I did receive one back, stating customer service would look at the order. It sounded automated and nothing came of it. Don't order from this business.

Do not make a purchase! I made an order in Oct 2025, today is 1/20/26 and I still have not received my order or a refund, after several requests for a refund. They are full of excuses. They MUST refund the customers with unfulfilled orders!!!! I have already made a complaint with the BBB as others have! Beware of making a purchase!

Ordered a shirt October 8th. To this day still have yet to have anyone on there customer service team reach out to me after multiple attempts. The shirt has never came never shipped. Sent me a confirmation email and then we're done with me. This is not a patriotic company it is a scam taking advantage of people who are.

Ordered shirts on September 24th, still have not shipped. Reached out over a month ago, was told there was a delay that they would be on the way soon. Still no movement or communication. Was told the only option was to cancel and receive store credit, definitely the last time I ever place an order from here.

Ordered a shirt. Forgot to update it to the correct address. It autofilled with a home address that I usually don't have packages delivered to. Requested an address change over 10 days before it shipped. Address was not updated so I requested a refund and emailed the carrier asking them to send it back. The customer service said they would only do refund via store credit and never once apologized through the whole process. As someone who has worked customer service jobs and generally has sympathy for what they have to deal with, this customer service was some of the most poor and inexcusable I've ever dealt with. They make mistakes and then make your life inconvenient to make up for it. It's honestly embarrassingly bad customer service

Avoid this shop. One and done for me. Placed an order 8 July. Emailed wanting to cancel since it was going to be late, no replies. Emailed again asking for status, got a reply saying they'll look into it, but no follow up. Now it's 23 Aug and my order finally got delivered.

Don’t even want to give 1 Star. This company is absolute trash. This is the first review I’ve ever written for any company. That should tell you how bad this company sucks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Total rip-off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shirts are fantastic. Unfortunately, their production, shipping, and customer service departments are horrible. I have two small orders (a total of 4 tank tops), pending from this company. I placed the first order on 03/30/24 and the second order on 04/23/24. As of this writing, neither order has shipped.

Sadly, as soon as I push enter for this review, their AI CHATBOT will respond with the following generic response.

"Thank you for your feedback. Please know that we are continuously improving our products and our services for our customers. Blah, blah, blah......yadda, yadda, yadda."

TRANSLATION:

We don't care and we're not going to help you.

I ordered 2 button-down shirts and received an email about a payment processing error and that a refund had been issued. A week later and several emails from me with no response back from them I am still waiting for that refund.

But the quality, for 65.00.....made my wife laugh. And I will wear anything. This will be the only thing, this year, that I try to return....out of respect/honor
It isn't close to a sweatshirt. It is unbearable/poor quality/laughable.
And as the other reviews cited: they refuse to be held accountable, aside from the fact that they delivered 2 weeks after my ugly sweater contest

Who wants a 65.00 sweater that is the thickness/quality of a long-sleeved shirt, sent to them?

Read the reviews before purchasing. The orders take forever to arrive and the quality is not good. I asked for a return and they said they don't accept returns.

After 10 days of crickets after completing an order, I emailed their customer service. I told them very politely that I needed the product by the end of the following week, or to please cancel the order. They emailed me back telling me my order was in production and would be mailed soon. Needless to say they missed the deadline completely, refused to cancel the order. Basically the moment you purchase anything from this company if you’re not cool waiting a month or two you’re gonna be highly disappointed. Once they get your money, you’ll never get it back, no matter the circumstances.

I ordered two Christmas sweaters a month ago and it still has not shipped. I tried to cancel and they say it is in production... They have said this now for 2 weeks. They refuse to give me my money back. It doesn't take that long to print a shirt or sweater, they are just crooked. Do not buy anything from these people, they are Democrats in disguise. Most people buy their products for events like Christmas, July 4th etc. If you are doing this then you will absolutely not receive your item in time.

This USED to be a decent company to order from. I ordered a sweater 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed their support to ask when I was going to ship and got the most generic email I’ve ever gotten from a “customer service”. They tell you to email the customer service email with any questions but it’s just a waste of time. I’ve ordered from aafnation many times before and this will definitely be my last. Untimely shipping and worse customer service.

I ordered 3 shirts on Sept 18th, 2023.

The shirts arrived Oct. 21st, 2023.

They are not as described. The website shows screen printing on the sleeves, but none of the shirts have printing on the sleeves.

In addition, the shirts are too small. The 3X is closer to the size of a XL. The 2X is even smaller.

I have tried to return the products and asked for a refund, but they have refused.

They also do not have a phone number where you can call and talk to a person.

Hello, I just came across this site, we usually see a mixture of reviews of companies when we deal with them online. Personally I’m happy to say I ordered about a dozen diferente items from this company, have never had any problems.
However sometimes it did take a bit longer for delivery but they do give you heads up ahead of time being that items are made to order.
Once I had an item (leggings) that was too small had to return it, I couldn’t of been more surprised then being told that they would go ahead and ship me the size I needed, and for me to ship the wrong size back at my convenience.

I ordered Ronald Reagan riding a dinosaur shirt. It is the lowest quality shirt imaginable and it fits terribly! I wrote the company directly and they refuse to accept it back for return. Buyer beware!
