Lee the engineer that attended at our office to servcie our air conditioning units was prompt, polite and serviced our systems well, would highly recommend.

Clean, safe and efficient work done within a short period of time. No mess was left from the removal of the ceilings. Terence is a friendly and knows what he is talking about.

AAC was great organising and carrying out the work. Despite some unforeseen challenges with the dig they were able to work around it and complete the job to meet our needs. Furthermore the report provided allowed us to continue with sorting out our drainage issue. AAC were very helpful and are definitely recommended.

Work undertaken - Carrying out Asbestos Survey of premises and removing ceiling containing low grade asbestos.

Terence is professional, polite and very knowledgeable of his trade. He had answers for my many questions and carried out his work in the time specified.
The Asbestos Report was undertaken for both commercial and residential premises and was completed by Terence without fuss or inconvenience.
The removal of the ceiling was completed with H&S at the fore, again no fuss and despite the nature of the job our premises were left very clean and tidy

Highly recommended. Aac. Ltd did an amazing job surveying my property for asbestos and removing asbestos from my ceilings. The survey report was detailed and thorough. Terence kept me updated throughout the process and organised for my ceilings to be reinstated after the asbestos was removed. I highly recommend Aac as they are reliable, knowledgeable professional and will happily answer any questions you have.

Terence is AMAZING!!!! I had a leak and was told by a plumber that I may have asbestos. I called Terence's company and he came later that day to carry out an inspection. He confirmed they had an express service for the results which I was happy to pay extra for and then less than 48hrs later, it was confirmed we had asbestos that needed removing. Terence removed the asbestos out of normal working hours and provided full documentation for the safe removal, he was exceptionally tidy and thorough in his work, is incredibly easy to deal with, very friendly and professional and made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Terence - he made a very stressful situation very easy to manage and fix!

Terence was friendly and helpful answering all my questions. Asbestos survey on artex ceilings was done promptly and I received the lab report within few days. Quote to replace ceilings was done quickly too. I will be using Terence to remove the ceilings once I move in. I recommend Terence and AAC as they are knowledge, friendly, quick, well priced and not pushy about removing asbestos ceilings in good condition.

I was very impressed with all aspects of the asbestos survey Terence conducted in relation to the house I'm hoping to buy. Professional, thorough, painstaking - and very kind and helpful towards an old lady as well. His report was produced in a timely manner and was very detailed and informative . And all at an extremely reasonable cost. I can't recommend Terence highly enough.
