I have just received my order abaya and omg the Quality of the abaya was is so poor and cheap for £60 it’s only Worth £15 if that pleas if u are going to Price something at that price make sure it’s of a quality material and made so disappointed will not be ordering from this website again deceiving customers with the quality of your product
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 8 jersey hijabs and the white labels on each one was sewn on very tightly making it very hard to remove. Each time I tried to remove I was left with a huge hole in each one.
I emailed , telephoned and used their web chat and chased them 5 working days later before they responded.
The customer advisor was extremely rude and kept shouting me down when I tried to explain the issue.
Will never purchase from them again. To other customers, only order jersey hijabs if you are happy to leave the ugly white label on which I was told was a personal preference whether to remove or not! I personally think a hijab looks better without the visible label.
A very costly lesson learnt.
I have been shopping and wearing Aab for nearly a decade, my wardbrode is almost completely just Aab from day time outfits to special occasion. I would have given it a 4 star but, a worthy 5 star because any time I have had an issue the wonderful customer service lady Farheen (sorry if spelt incorrectly) has always resolved my issues immediately. A loyal customer for many many years ahead.
I have purchased numerous abayas from aab and never previously complained when I had issues with size and even stitching (chest pockets not evenly spaced). The return policy always kept me in check as spending 39 dollars to return an item was ludicrous.
Recently, I made an order and the issue was with the extreme sheerness of the item and I decided that, being a loyal customer, I would reach out and tell them that the description needs a change and that I need a creative solution that doesn't involve paying 39 dollars for a return. I feel especially justified in this because the description was misleading and the entire point of the clothing is to be modest.
I was belittled and told it was meant to be worn with something under it (which is obvious because it is an open kimono style - Do they really think I am planning to wear it naked?) The model isn't wearing full sleeves under the item but it doesn't appear see-through in the photos.
Anyway, they have not offered any solutions nor taken the onus upon themselves. They need better descriptions and better customer service.
Edit: Yes, since this complaint was made on this forum, I was given a 30% refund and was unable to return the abaya for a full refund. This discount came after reaching out for weeks with probably 10+ conversations and attempts to get resolution. I am grateful that I received some type of compensation and disturbed by the lengths I had to go to in order to get it. The return policy needs revision. Thank you for not giving nothing and please strive for better.

Samamiah shipping are worst shipping company to Ghana, they have poor customer service and will not give you the right information regarding your shipment. I will not use them again

From seeing my elder sisters and my mother wear Aab's abayas for the past 10 years, Aab soon became a staple brand in my own everyday wardrobe as well as our occasion wear for almost 7 years since I began to dress modestly. Their shade range, designs and fabrics are beautiful and comfortable to wear all year round. I have found that when wearing anything from Aab you'll soon find others around you no matter how old they are in age eagerly wanting all the same Aab hijabs and outfits as you! Their clothing is so elegant that people who otherwise may not have worn abayas or modest clothing in their past years, now enjoy wearing Aab's clothing especially after seeing how elegant Aab's clothing will make you look and feel. Aab's values towards sustainability in clothing have been so refreshing that one can really appreciate their craftsmanship in each piece that is meant to last years. They really are a classic brand amongst myself, my mother and my sisters and I can't wait to introduce my nieces to their own Aab collection as they grow up, they will have beautiful clothing from Aab that's for sure!

Disgusting customer service, it’s actually non existent.
The maxi dress I ordered on 27 Feb 2024, arrived damaged with a broken zip. I contacted Aab once I had received my item on 2 March 2024 and also submitted photos of the broken zip. Almost 1 week on and I have still not heard back from them.
After spending £115 I would expect some sort of acknowledgement.
The return costs range from £4.45 to £8 which is ridiculous in itself. I ended up keeping the dress and paying extra for a new zip as I would have had to pay £8 for a return.
I will not be buying from Aab ever again and I strongly advise those reading my review to think twice before placing an order.

I have been a loyal customer to aab for nearly 10 years since they had even opened. Upon till recently I have noticed a change in their deliverance for customers. My last order was incorrect and this current order has just been a nightmare. I never received the order and had to contact royal mail myself after numerous emails and calls to aab and no luck.
When aab did respond they said they are liasing with royal mail, when speaking to royal mail they said that aab had not even contacted them!
Finally after many attempts I get through someone over the phone I actually lost my cool because she was being very rude and then after a short while she actually said she will not issue my refund because of the way I spoke to her??? Honestly I was appalled, my order never arrived and on top of it they weren't responding to any of WhatsApp messages and emails and then I get a respond I won't receive a refund.
I am still waiting for a refund and a response.
Honestly guys I have been ordering from aab for years they don't even care about a loyal customer. My advice would be to stay away. I never write bad reviews but this customer service has been absolutely ridiculous.

Outfits I ordered were absolutely awful, rubbish, cheap quality fabric and poor fitting. Returned my items only to have to keep chasing up customer services for a refund for the past 2 months, who you can’t get through to because the line is dead, emails and WhatsApp they don’t reply to. Had to get PayPal to step in and deal with this. Never would I purchase again. Definitely do not recommend. Bad quality products, disgusting poor non existent customer service.
Awful customer service, I received an order with a dirty old sock wrapped up in one of the dresses. It was clearly an old return that they decided to ship out to me absolutely disgusting!!! Customer service were so hard to get hold of, it’s like they don’t exist, no one picks up the phone ever.
Also their 14 day refund policy is a joke! And you have to keep chasing them to get your refund otherwise they won’t bother.
Unfortunately not the greatest of clothing, it starts to bobble, after one wear , also returns takes around a month and a half, which is unacceptable
I bought from Aab many times - mainly for special occasions like Eid. I have been always happy with the quality and design of their products. I don’t even mind paying a bit extra, as I always get lots of lovely compliments. However, I wasn’t happy how they dealt with a my refund. Even though they put in their terms and condition that it takes 14 days for them to issue a refund…it was day 14 after they received my return parcel and no refund yet… so I had to use all avenues to reach to them. I emailed them, called and left a voicemail and even WhatsApp them. Eventually they issued me with a refund on day 14 and that’s only because I have reminded them. I am shopping online quite a bit and I have never came across a company that takes that long to refund a customer. They need to improve and change the refund policy.

First of all, I had bought clothes from Aab for a good while. Many of their clothes are beautiful, and the different sizing options are wonderful. I recommended the site to almost every woman I knew. But in April, I received a faulty item, which is bound to happen. I tried to create a return on their website but, because the item was faulty, was advised to contact Aab directly because I could be entitled to a free return. I sent them a message through their website. No response. I sent another message a month later. No response. I tried their WhatsApp number. No response. In July, I threatened to speak to Trading Standards about the issue. Still, no response. So I contacted TS and was advised to try the final form of contact: email. I emailed Aab in August telling them I had contacted Trading Standards and, lo and behold, they replied straight away! They cited the message I had sent in July, and said they had received no message prior (a blatant lie). I told them that they had plenty of time to reply to my July message but only bothered to do so after I had contacted TS. I told them I wanted a refund immediately. They again lapsed into silence. It is now the 1st of September and I am still working to receive my money back. No doubt I will get back every penny.
I understand that Aab is a unique company. I do not know anybody else that provides such a variety of dresses and abayas, but God forbid one encounters a problem shopping with them. I can only advise my sisters to look into getting their clothes tailored.
Looking at the other reviews, my misfortune is a common occurrence. One can only be shocked that a Muslim company is this dishonest. It can only be described as theft, and what does the sharia say about stealing? Remind yourself. A lying, thieving company. Do not expect Muslim honesty and integrity from them, let alone basic human ethics.
Clothes are poor quality, definitely not worth the price, they also have false information on their website, they said an item is 100% viscose, it was actually 100% polyester… it was their mistake but I still had to pay for returns- no response from customer service on this 🙃 will never order from here again
