I got the product and the package was crushed and product damaged. I was only able to get a refund.

Too bad

The sound is great from the ear pods but the ear pods have trouble staying in my ears. If I have them on and start moving around the left one slides out then the right one follows. I’ve also changed the different covered that came included and I’m still having the same issues. I think I’m going to return them. The sounds great and noise cancellation, but if they can’t stay in my ears no point having them.

Disappointed about a defect in right…

Disappointed about a defect in right earbud...I asked for replacement and I have to ship the earbuds back at my expense for a refund.
These should have been checked for defects before shipping. I am not pleased,will never use this company again.

Our email included a prepaid shipping label for the return. We do cover the postage for all returns.
Our email stated:

We will issue the refund once the item is received. We are not able to send out replacements, we are currently only issuing refunds.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the refund process to complete depending on your financial institution.
We do apologize for the inconvenience.""

Customer service abandoned me!!

Shipping time on the order was 3-5 business days yet it took 16 days to arrive. It wasn't A4C that caused the delay but I called the customer service center several time for help with contacting the carrier to try and get the package on track, to request a refund or to request another item be shipped. Customer service pretty much said it was my problem to resolve and refused to help or provide any alternatives to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, I would say it's too risky to use this vendor in the future considering your package could go missing and they feel no obligation to get involved.
