I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for itemised clothing, I dealt with Lewis several times, he is not pushy, he is very professional,
This time I enquired about a different material for polo shirts, he suggested a cooler top, omg !! They are unbelievable, I will be definitely ordering more.

Great customer service. Incredibly helpful and managed to get my order through quickly and even delivered before they said it would be. This is my third time using them and I will definitely use them again.

My commission was made and delivered in just over a week. Jules was very helpful throughout; he guided me me to the right colour and weight of t-shirt, the font for the text on them and took care over the arrangements for delivery within my time schedule. Another great experience with A4 Apparel! Having used them for an order of branded sports shirts a couple of years ago, they were the first company who came to mind for our latest order. I have used A4 Apparel over many years now for band merchandise, festival merchandise and school hoodies.
They have always been utterly brilliant.
So helpful, happy and awesome sorting the orders.
My last order, that has just arrived was turned around in less than two weeks from phone call to delivery. 12 days to be exact. Just amazing. Thanks to Jules for always being there to solve my order issues.
They are so reasonably priced too.

We ordered 360 t-shirts from A4 apparel and they did a reasonable job so we thought we found our reliable printer.Then we ordered another 100 t-shirts, appalling job, all of them. But the most appalling thing of all was Jules, the owner, trying to convince us that it was a great job. Jules is a sweet talker, but after many attempts, not having managed to convince us that the crap job was a good job he retorted: who buys this anyway?
We lost £670 from this and had them re-printed somewhere else and have had many more designs printed since with continued good quality. How can we protect oureselves from people like these?
Would we buy again from them? Nah!!!
Would we recommend? Well, see the photos and make your own opnion. Compare the prints with those of other printer which were cheaper by the way.

Without Prejudice.
In regards to the public reviews left in relation to A4 Apparel. There are three incorrect statements made in your review listed below: The amount stated as a loss to yourself totals more than the original invoice for the t-shirts, furthermore we issued a refund against a number of t-shirts we felt were below standard bring the total amount of ‘loss’ down. Jules is not the owner of the business, it is his job to relay the opinion of A4 Apparel in relation to any issues that may arise with orders. This can be a difficult job taking into consideration the differing views on final production, however nothing is personal, this is a business transaction. Your review takes a very personal and public attack on Jules as a individual which is deemed as slanderous whilst doing nothing more than carrying out the duty of his job. Lastly, we record all phone calls for training purposes at A4 Apparel. Taking into consideration the claim made within both reviews I asked ‘who buys this anyway’ management has listened to all transcripts of calls and at no point was this said to you. The call transcripts are available should you wish to review for yourself. By all means, please leave a review of our business, if anything we encourage both positive and negative comments as a learning process to ensure we deliver a standard of service, however we will give you 48 hours to make the amendments otherwise we will have no choice but to take the matter further.

Hi a4 apparel Accounts,
We are really sorry for assuming Jules was the owner, our mistake and we'll correct it. As for our losses, you're right you bad job costed us directly £548.29 loss plus the profit loss and the loss of customers, but that's Ok we'll correct this as well. All of the t-shirts of this design printed by you are on their way to a homeless centre. As for 'who buys this anyway’ comment, we stand by it and will not change it. All we wanted from you was a job well done, which we paid for and obviously we didn't get. We were sold a faulty product and we wanted a re-print or a full refund. We are so unhappy that we don't want it to happen to other people, it's not fair, and so after these corrections our reviews will stay in place and we will write more on many different platforms.
Thank you for your threatening email without prejudice, please be aware that we will include it in our reviews.

Having that money stolen from us it feels very personal, and it cannot not be disguised as an unintentional decision, it took weeks. And now we can't even write a review for the fear of being threatened with "we will give you 48 hours to make the amendments otherwise we will have no choice but to take the matter further."
Does it feel right to you guys treating us the customers like this?
If you're in the habit of reading the 5 stars reviews only, we advise you read the lowest ones first, we wish we had. Really expensive, old fashioned quoting system ! Rude customer service

What a great google find. I have had issues with other companies and came across A4 apparel by chance. I am so impressed with the customer service, the delivery time and the products I would highly recommend and will be recommending to all the other schools in our trust (28 of them). Jules was fantastic, with excellent customer service.

The fleece was delivered late and the seam started ripping after one wash on the sleeve.

Great until theres a problem, ordered school leavers hoodies great price really helpful, needed advice on sizing as one of the students needed more of an adult size so explained the situation and was advised that a particular size would be suffice, so i went with it as you should know your own product your selling right?once the order arrived the so called adult size was smaller than the children's so im now left with a child without their leavers hoodie, when i called the company the telephone conversation was completely denied saying they never give advice on sizing, which was a lie they were so unhelpful and didn't care at all and refused to send me another sweatshirt the guy was rude patronising and wasn't bothered about negative feedback, i dont normally write reviews but one of the school mums just asked me for a recommendation for the kids hoodies from last year and it reminded me to leave them feedback they deserve.

From start to finish Jules and his team made the process easy, professional and the finished product (embroidered bags) was top quality. Thank you so much!

From the start, Jules couldn't have been more patient and helpful in putting our order together so we could get our T-shirts done on time. Would definitely use and recommend A4 Apparel in the future.

I have used A4 Apparel many times over the last few years. They have always been very helpful, providing advice and ideas, ensuring that I ordered the correct tops for my running groups. The service is always very quick, they respond promptly to any queries I may have, the price seems very competitive to me, and the turnaround very fast. I will continue to use them in the future, and have no qualms about recommending them to others.

Consistently ignores emails and have received no help at all with my order.

Brilliant company, I have used them several times and they have always come through. Used for Social Enterprise Hoodies, volunteer tee shirts and polo shirts, give away and events tee shirts. Both embroidered and screen printed. Will use these guys again.
