Booked the transfer a day before departure. The booking was easy and clear. Everything worked out perfectly. The driver was very attentive and polite. I will use a2b transfer again.

This is the second time we've used A2B, they are brilliant! Drivers are lovely and the cheapest around.

Very upset! Driver asked to get paid again the entire amount of the service because A2B is not paying its providers in Barcelona.
Not reliable at all!

Quoted £12.96 then charged £13.96 and that was with a debit card, that is deception

Stay away from their own tour packages, esp syed and Mohammad in Egypt.

Easy to book and take the money, but when there is a problem the answer is "just book a taxi".
Our paperwork confirmed our transfer for the trip home was all correct, but when checked on line the day before, the collection date was a day wrong. We rang from the hotel reception and left messages but no reply, we tried several times the day before travelling, wasting a couple of hours, when someone finally answered we were told to book a taxi as it was now less than 24 hours before we travelled.
Next time we won't bother with this company we will just flag a taxi, which was a 1/3 the price, at the airport.
I only gave 2 stars as the collection when we arrived was OK. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!

The booking process was straightforward & quick....hopefully my transfers will mirror this!

Have used A to B a few times, usually OK but can be waiting around at the airport on occasions. Overall a good service with Clean buses and helpful staff.

I booked A2B transfers as an add on through my booking made with Travel Republic for my recent holiday to Tenerife. However, despite confirmations from both Hoppa and A2B our transfer did not turn up to collect us from tenerife south arrivals. I approached the A2B desk within the airport for assistance, they made enquiries while we waited, half an hour later I approached the desk again asking for an update I was told to take a seat again as they were still trying to resolve the situation, after a further 15 minutes a man from the desk came over and said our transfer had been cancellened due to a system error. We had no other option but to pay for a taxi outside. Although we received a refund for the A2B transfer not arriving, without reciepit (which I understand) I could not have my alternative taxi reimbursed. Don't waste your time or money, avoid.

Not the first time we had to chase our pick up driver to the airport.This time the driver was more miserable than other times we have used this company.Infuture we will probably pay for a local taxi.We had a 45 min delay so had to call the emergency number no answer just kept ringing.Eventually got an answer on another number.

Have used this service several times now. Brilliant and efficient- takes all the hassle out of getting to your resort/hotel etc. Drivers very polite and friendly.

It's inexpensive, flexible and so easy to use. Just enter your flight(s) and accommodation details with transfer options and that's it!

We have used A2B for the last few years in Turkey and Spain and i can't fault them. Always pick you up when they are meant to and staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to family and friends.

I must have tried at least twenty times before I could get the aiport to register it continually came up red, I did manage it in the end I think maybe you could make this easier.

I booked a shuttle service to my hotel and arrived at the Spanish airport to find that A2B wouldn't take me as booked! I hired a car to do the 50 Kms transfer and for our three nights short break. Shiayan was brilliant when I complained. She reviewed the notes (It said I was a 'no show), immediately accepted responsibility on behalf of the firm and agreed a 50% contribution to my car hire bill s well as full reimbursement of the fee I paid to do the transfers. They were rubbish and she was dug them out of the do do!
