I ordered some medals (not engraved) on Thursday last week. I phoned on the Friday asking for an estimated delivery date, spoke to a guy who said he would expedite the order. We are now Wednesday the following week still no update. Phoned to be told the were in the next pile to be sent out. No note regarding expediting the order. I ordered a load of engraved trophies from another company and received them within 2 days! How plain medals take 7 working days to arrive I have no idea…will not be ordering from here again.

Brilliant service and quality products. One of our trophies was accidentally broken by one of our players and this was quickly replaced free of charge. Will definitely use again in the future

First class service, RAPID turnaround and even corrected a mistake I'd made in time. I was sceptical when they said they'd be able to meet my deadline but they did it.

At Essex Cricket we have used Carl and the Team at A1 Trophies for our end annual Volunteer awards trophies for the last 4 years and they have been 1st class every time. Once again great service from this company. It wasn’t a straightforward order, lots of different sizes, engraving, personalised logos etc but they made the order process really easy.

I made a last minute order as we were a few trophies short and the presentation was the following weekend. I emailed explain the short turnaround and they manage to produce and deliver the trophies within 5 working days. I also forgot to add the engraving to the order, rather than just assuming I didn’t need the engraving they reached out to check. Very impressed with the service, highly recommend.

I was ordering some trophies on behalf of a band I’m a member of which was a bit nerve-racking… also the trophies seemed very reasonably priced so I was a bit worried how they would come out but I went for it.

I’m really glad I did because they’ve arrived looking great and exactly what I wanted!

I think I must have got something wrong during the ordering process so the company emailed me before engraving and asked me to clarify the wording which is spot on.

The trophies arrived by tracked Royal Mail post and really well packaged.
