Worst service provider name is A1 , parcel service is very very poor , especially Kerala , kollam town branch staff behaviour, the staff definitely close this firm

We had worst experience,it s not following the exact time and the bus was poor maintenance.it was not suitable for family

It was the the worst bus travel ever in my life. I was scared to even closs my eyes for a second let along sleep. The ride was a complete disaster. The driver was very careless. Not driving for the comfort of the passenger but just wants complete the trip. I will not choose this bus even if they give me a free ride or even pay me for riding on it. Please do not book this unless you have a death wish🙏🏻

Not even worthful to give atleast 1 star. Very worst travels in my life ever. We booked back seat and it was horrible already. So we asked for a seat which is vacant. But they didn't allowed us. That's fine. We were sleeping and in the mid of night they put sudden break, dont know weather they slept while driving or not. Me and my kid flied and we got hit from above and then came back. It was a big hit for us. We thought we went through an accident. But this was only happened for back seaters. When we complained to them they didn't mind and we asked for a tea to get free from that shock. Bcz we were feeling to vomit after that big hit. They didn't stopped. Very very sad travels. Never ever suggested

I am travelled on from Krishnagiri to thenkasi more bedbugs available on that, I never slept on that full night, I informed driver helper boy person, he never worried about that? very very bad?

Last Monday I traveled from Calicut to Bangalore on A1 Travels in a semi sleeper.it was a very bad experience.ants were biting me throughout the journey, causing severe itching.even now ,my body has marks.Very poor cleanliness and disappoint ing service.

Bus and drivers are ok. But office person spoke to me is very bad. The office person sent the message to me for bus service is canceled. But they told you book from redbus. So, you will ask return money from redbus.

Worst experience ever.
I booked sleeper center seats (7 & 8) for myself and my wife from [boarding location] to Bangalore. What followed was a nightmare.

We boarded at 9:30 PM and were abruptly woken up at 3:30 AM by the cleaner, asking all passengers to shift to another bus. No explanation, no apology, just chaos.

After boarding the second bus, our reserved seats were already occupied. When I raised this with the cleaner, he casually said “anyone can sit anywhere.” Even the driver told us to “adjust” and added “at least you weren’t abandoned.” Shocking and unacceptable.

We were forced to take seats at the back, which were extremely uncomfortable. My wife now suffers from severe back pain due to this ordeal.

No accountability, no respect for bookings, and zero customer care.

If seat numbers don’t matter, why even allow bookings? This was not just poor service, it was complete mismanagement and disregard for passenger comfort.

Avoid A1 Travels at all costs. They ruined our journey and showed no concern for passenger well-being.

I have traveled from karaikal to Coimbatore in A1 non AC bus, in mid of traveling around 2:00AM i called driver number for restroom he didn't pick up, I called several times from several numbers, but he didn't picked up, imagine if it was a emergency for a women safety in bus and I was U6 which was separate seat bed ,I request to note this issue.

I traveled from Pondy to Kochi and bought a 750 ml liquor bottle. According to the rules, we’re allowed to carry at least 2 liters, so it should have been fine. But they didn’t inform us about this earlier. I feel they treated it like a business—collecting liquor from passengers and selling it themselves. If they had at least informed us in advance, we wouldn’t have bought it.
