Totally Non Responsive

I placed an order for next day delivery. It did not show up and when I tried to call the company I could only contact the "message center" which is not affiliated with the company. All they could so was take a message which was never returned. I also emailed the company and never received a response though I did receive a notification that they opened the email.

Product never received but credit card billed!

I cannot recommend strongly enough you should not do business with this company or any other company that you cannot contact by phone or email and get a response.
