Operater lazy, slow, inbacurate

Had to write with them for 7 days to figour out why i still have 1 bill to pay, they were ignoring my messages and questions, until someone finally came to the conclusion that maybe they should check on it and not repeat their words like parrots!! Not to forget they didnt cancel my subscription when ordered.Internet connex was ok, service very poor.

A1 Call Center surely offers A1 services. I have outsourced my tech support process for the past 1 year and it has been smooth sailing so far. One of the main things that have hampered my customers was the call drop rate. But A1 uses quality network solutions and their agents are quick to answer. Things have become very simple and effective. The customer level of trust is increasing thanks to A1 Call Center.

The customer service has been as per my expectations and as a client I cannot ask for anything else. A1 Call Center is truly like its name. Customer service agents are courteous and polite, which helps us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The agents have very good process know how and command over language. They speak neutral English, which is very correct in terms of grammar and accent. My customers are very pleased and I highly recommend A1 Call Center India for anyone looking for inbound call center outsourcing services.

The price and quality of service are great. These guys are seasoned veteran and it is very convenient to work with them as they already have a good idea of different types of call center work.
