I accidently ordered a shoe in a US…
I accidently ordered a shoe in a US size instead of UK size and despite the fact I was happy to pay to return the shoe for a replacement correct size - shoe never worn a I cant get it on my foot the customer service department was not helpful at all and basically said no replacement your fault! Unbelievable - never had this experience before - do not use this company - dreadful!

First: I ordered and payed for a 1.5 pounds curing salt and I received the one pound package.
Second : in the receipt the price and shipping was written around 24 US dollars, but what I actually paid was around 70 USD.

It said the order would be delivered in 48hrs, then a whole week went by and nothing, I had to call to ask what happened and they told me the item was out of stock. I would appreciate next time they let me know right away instead of keeping me waiting.
